deposits and shop free chip

Red Stag has informed me that the minimum deposit for any bonus there is 25 not 20 as the LCB shop states.....taken me countless hours and days to find that out....so after much copying and pasting ,swearing ....and demanding my money back they were awesome enough to give me a one off bonus 5.thanks Red Stag very much appreciated its been a long haul.when my 3 LCB dollars return im goin for the 25 cold hard cash on neteller......WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG LOL      GL ALL

So you didnt have to spend your lcb credits AND you got a bonus for free at Redstag?!

You got lucky in the end if you ask me (unless I dont understand your message correctly ofcourse)

matter of perception and circumstances,you could say i got lucky or you could say i spent quite some time researching bonuses before making a very rare deposit which i could barely afford just to get a free five which i had to moan n groan n complain n threaten for,which in turn cancelled my eligibility for any further bonuses without another unaffordable deposit not to mention hours of follow up presearch to find out what went wrong where.....that all being explained can i ask.....do ya still think i got lucky........OR DO YOU THINK ITS POSSIBLY A LITTLE OOPSY WOOPSY SORRY ABOUT THAT SCAM TO LURE PEOPLE INTO A FIRST AND SECOND DEPOSIT???       LCB might just wanna update the minimum deposit in the shop for the Red Stag free chip is actually the point i was making.  :)

and im still waiting for the 3 lcb dollars to return lol im sure it will .....well....sure-ish  lol all good.

Ofcourse it will ... If there is one site with the people reliable then its LCB and the staff ... Dont worry at all

yeah it is a great site i must agree there,ive become a bit of a compulsive moaner n groaner as soon as it looks like a bonus isnt running smoothly lol someones gotta do it or else it would be "all too quiet" as they say.....and lets face it without people like me depositing at 32 red poker and tryin to claim free LCB chip for 32 red casino (my bad srry) lol the job might get boring....lol.  dont worry LCB im expecting a decline on that claim,that was my mistake...ty...onwards n upwards :)

I'm confused about the $25 deposit requirement you are referring to.  It's clear in the terms of the chip that the requirement is $20.  I've not received a denial stating less than $25 has been deposited.  I will speak to the rep about it.

As for the lengthy delay in the results for Red Stag, I have finally received some results today, although one is still outstanding,   I do have your result and I'll be writing to you shortly.

I have received confirmation that the shop item deposit requirement of $20 is correct as stated.  They agreed they made an error on your account and did in fact credit you with the $15 chip (when you spoke to them).  They also kindly asked that you come to me in future rather than going to their support if you have a problem.  I always fight the members corner if they believe they should qualify.
