RESOLVED: Yebo casino not yet paying my winnings

I was  newly registered this casino and used to deposit three times with this casino. I used to skrill to deposit this casino. i got some winnings (R 2350) i made withdrawl. They already verified my winnings and told me that i can only withdraw through wiretransfer. so i given my wiretransfer details. after one week i didn't get my winnings when i contact they told me to give bitcoin account..i told them how can i give you bitcoin account which i didnt used to deposit and either i dont have bitcoin account.. after they told me we will find a solution and email you..so after i got email that to send them neteller details. so i sent my neteller account details...again i waited 3 -4 days they dont send me my winnings. when i contact they told me they can only sen my money through bitcoin which i am not familiar. however i created bitcoin and send them details...now mostly 10 days over i din't yet get my winnings...whenever i asking to support they told me they already processed my winnnings...but i dint yetget my money till now..its already over 7 day after i recived they processed message. when i sent email they replied me . it will come this week  as same as they told me last week.  they also steal some money in my deposit. when i made deposit 250 Zar through skrill they only credited 141 and told me that  amount is conversion charge..i dont know that why this casino cheating a customer.. i played severel rtg casino all are behive well but this yebo casino they are playing and making waste of my time... please let me know how can i get my winnings my user name is (munuvk)
