    I submitted a withdrawal request on 23.10, and it was confirmed on the same day. It is already the fifth business day.  
    Approximately how long should it take for the money to appear in my account?
    Earlier This year i've got my money in 2 days.

    i've also tried to reach out via live chat, no answer.

    no address mails..

  • Today i contacted my bank and showed them the payment proof, they don't recognize it and adviced me to contact Pomerstars again.

    it's been another 5 business days since they asked me to be patient, and no more updates since then.
