    My very first deposit at this casino. I played at Winoui in the middle of April., Had a lot of fun and also won some money, I won 726 EUR. I verified my account but did not get the money. The casino sent me an email a week ago. The casino sent me this - We are sorry to inform you that this withdrawal has been canceled since you did not respect our terms & Conditions regarding bet levels using bonuses money as well as playing with bonus money over table games such as Blackjack. First, never played any table games here. Second, don't think I have bet over the limit they set. Hope, you can help me with this!

    This is the reply we've received from the casino:

    "We can confirm that player did play Blackjack with bonus money - which is not forbidden but does not count in the wagering conditions of the bonus - and by doing so he did breaking the bonus bet limit as stated in our T&C.

    Please note that in this case and unless there is malevolent behavior, we refund the deposit attached to the misused bonus. As such, you can see that this player's real balance is 200EUR as a refund of 1st deposit."

    The casino has also sent us the proof that deposit was credited back to your account.

    Hey!

    I can confirm that the deposit was returned but I can for sure say I did not play Blackjack. I would ask you to check this with the casino. I played slots - Jackpot6000 and Bloodsuckers. I did not play Blackjack, I mean I have never liked this game and never play it....
