  • I joined winnermillion over a month agoand actually enjoyed their games.  I made deposits totalling £1200 .  

    I complied with every terms and condition and then attempted to make a withdrawal on 21/11/18 of £1500

    After a dozen emails, several live chats the money still hasn't reached my bank.  

    I have not had one reply from my emails and the contact number on the site doesn't work.  

    I would be happy to share the email trail if you'd like however it is just my emails to winnermillion.com. 

    I feel right now as if the casino has been fraudulent and just taken my money with no intention of ever paying out which is a shame as I did enjoy playing on there.

It doesn't surprise us that they don't want to pay out their players. We can't guarantee if they will even want to cooperate with us and try to sort out the issue, but we can try.   • Not a word which again doesn't surprise me. I cannot even get an answer on live chat anymore and emails are still unresponsive.   Have to be the biggest con and fraud of a company I have ever seen.

    21/11/18 and it is still pending.  Still they don't reply to emails and won't answer live chats.  You have to blacklist this company not just have them on a watch list.  I have not heard of one person ever getting paid out.  All I want is my £1200 back they can keep their £300 winnings!

  • So the casinos live chat answered me today.  When I asked them about the withdrawal they responded with 'did you email support '. 

    I told them I had 100 times.  They then ignored me and left the chat. 

    Everyone it connected me to the chat thereafter they would not even acknowledge I was there.

  • Thanks Edi.  I found that number unfortunately you ring it and it says it has not been possible to connect your call.

     A bit of digging and the company sprocess ltd which are linked to it is owned by a  Mr xxxxxx xxxxxx.  A 21 year old Israeli. Let's see if I can track this guy down .

    I am very sorry for you,if you look on other complaints you will notice that nobody succeeded to receive payment until now,I don't think they own a valid licence, they are also blacklisted on other forums.I hope you will manage to get your winnings with the LCB help.

    Have you heard back from the casino? They say that they can't see any withdrawal under your username. It is weird since you told us that the status of your withdrawal is pending. 

  • There are plenty players out there having issues with this casino. I knew as soon as I saw their website they cannot be trusted, I have never spent any cent at this casino and I never will, this casino has been added to my blacklist casinos.

    That is one of the reasons this brand is blacklisted although they claim they did nothing wrong. 

    We asked them to look into your account, they did do it and said that they can't see the withdrawal. We forwarded them your posts. Let's see if they reply to them.

    We got a feedback from the casino. Namely, you created two accounts with identical username, email address and the same IP address. You know that it's a breach of casino T&C. We are stil not sure why your withdrawal still has a status: pending, we are waiting for them to clarify on this matter, but since you have two accounts it will be cancelled anyway.

    I have never created another account and I am 100% certain of this. 

    This is just another one of there awful excuses to avoid paying out.  They ignore All communication and avoid taking any responsibility.  It is utter ridiculous that they have tried fabricating a reply like this to avoid paying out.  It is £1500 yet only £300 of it is winning.  If they are that bothered they can keep the £300 and just give me back my deposits.  

    Could you tell them how I feel and tell them to ring me or communicate with me (I know they won't) .

    You also created two accounts and they showed us the evidence.

    There's nothing further we can do for you regarding this case. You can always file a complaint to their regulatory body.

    The regulatory body of this casino is indeed one of the worst out there. They do not care about the players, only about the money. It is sickening to see a casino stealing players money. WinnerMillion, that name fits them perfectly because they are the only winner here. This casino is added to the blacklist on several forums and avoid them at all cost. Do not expect to get your money back since they only care about their own wallet. Plain thievery.
