  • This is tough to keep brief, but I want to lay out an accurate depiction for current Intertops players or people considering playing there.  I'm in the US fwiw.  Had an account with them for several years (I don't know how many).  It's been years since my last withdrawal.

-Requested a withdrawal via "Cardpay" on Friday 10/24.  This option is similar to PayMyCard, or -Cardforce where your withdrawal is refunded to your debit//credit card.

-Their site says 48 hours for this option

-After contacting Intertops a day later to check on my withdrawal, they tell me it takes 4 business days to process any type of withdrawal

-I continue to contact daily for updates as the money is still in my account, and I've never received an email from Intertops (unless I deposit of course)

-They eventually reply on Wednesday the 29th to let me know the withdrawal has been processed. (I assume to have my money within 48 hours)

-A few days later, they change their site to say 3-7 business days for the Cardpay option

-Support tells me 5-7 business days is the timeframe

-I start emailing daily for updates after 3 business days.

-On 11/4 I ask for proof my withdrawal was processed.

-They tell me it was sent to a Visa on 10/29.  My card is a Mastercard.

-I email and leave a message and try chat to find out if that was a mistake

-Someone from support calls me to tell me there was a "glitch" in the Cardpay system, causing them to send my money to the wrong card. They say they reversed it, and were waiting for the money to come back to them, but it hasn't come yet, so they can't send me my money...to my card.

-A different support person calls me 20 minutes later (with no knowledge of the first call), and tells me the withdrawal was processed to my Mastercard on the 29th

-I don't know what to believe.

-I keep asking for proof daily, so I can see that a transaction was initiated.  They tell me its out of their hands and to check with my card issuer.

-I do that.  My card issuer sees no pending transactions

-I tell Intertops this on 11/5.  They tell me to be patient.  They say that on Friday the 7th, they will start an "immediate investigation".  But the "investigators" don't work on the weekend, they say.

    -they stop replying to me.

-At around 5pm EST on 11/6 they finally reply to tell me they never sent my withdrawal, but they'll do it now.  They blame Cardpay, and tell me to have a "great day!".  They say it will take 3-7 business days to hit my card.

-I respond to tell them they should overnight my money or send a bank wire, as this is their fault, not mine.

    -they say "no."

-It's 7pm on 11/6 after just going through this.  I know I won't see my money or any attempts at resolution next week.  Feeling pretty helpless.  Going to post this as many places I can, and then start looking into chargebacks first thing in the morning (not my style at all, but from what I've read online, this seems to be the only way to get them to pay attention).

-Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  • I understand your frustration, being in the U.S. doesn't really help in cases where slow pay is happening, even if it is all due to a glitch or error, or whatever the casino is claiming, just because you are in the U.S. makes things more complicated. I know some people have to jump through hoops to even deposit, let alone w/d, and then when you finally do, your much more likely to run into these kind of stalls and issues..

That said, one thing you should NEVER do is chargeback.
There is only one reason to charge back and that is theft, or undelivered goods... i can tell you one thing, if you do it, afterwards you just might find yourself unable to deposit anywhere online, and to add to that you just added to the problems we, honest players and even Casinos, are facing today...

Please don't do it, just wait a little bit longer, then either make use of the CentralDisputeSystem from RTG, or use the player advocates out there, if you can't use LCB's own, there are a few more out there...just google for player advocate and you will find them.
I think Intertops has a rep here too, point him or her to this thread, and maybe things will speed up.

Hope you get your money soon, and don't charge back ever please!

  • Thanks dirkemans.  I don't actually intend chargeback, just blowing off steam.  After searching online that seemed to be the one word that might make a casino pay attention.  It's nice to know there's a rep here.  Unfortunately, at this point, I'm sure they won't do anything to help.  I don't expect a satisfactory resolution (or even an attempt at one) by Intertops.  Supposedly they will contacting me this morning, because their "payments manager" wasn't available last night...

  • Calm down - mix up and faults does happens. Intertop is a great casino group. I meant a Stellar group. I used to play at their MG casino back in early 2000s. Never had a problem with them and always was paid. You will get your money, sometimes it may not be as quick as they say. External issues can occur. But rest assure you will get it from Intertop...

  • Im sure it really was just a mistake. Intertops is really a great casino, and I know that their Customer Service is very fair and honest. I would give them the benefit of the doubt this time.

BTW what has happened since then? Have you gottne paid yet? (just curious)

I honestly didnt know that they had that withdraw method either. I usually only get checks from intertops. Even though I hate paying the fee....

    good luck!
