    You tried to make  a withdrawal of €4500 to Neteller first which was disapproved since most of your deposits were made with Paysafe card. Then you claim that you tried to make a withdrawal of €10,000. We have no record of you submitting any withdrawal of that sum. The only submitted withdrawals from your account is the one of €4500 to Neteller which was rejected and the other 2 of €600 and €900 to Trustly which was sent to you.

    You have to stop this. None is going behind your back or telling liies. We have to review all the facts here and Casino Rep was kind enough to send us a private message.

    I am currently on my way to Las Vegas ( matter of fact im writing these lines while im on the airplane ) and wont be much online this weekend. But will try to look into this asap.
  • Just a brief update that I have not forgotten about this complaint. Yes Im still in Las Vegas but I did find some time to re-read this thread ( was bit of a struggle given some duplicate content, and no real order in posting as well as a lot of rant going on in those transcripts ), and having all this in mind I have emailed the Rep to clarify couple of things .

  • Hi aemonmelgert and everyone else following this complaint,

    after going through this complaint few times, and after speaking with the Rep, it is my opinion that the complainant has no case here.

    I believe it was his and only his responsibility for giving all that money back. The main issue here was whether the player tried to request the cashout via bank transfer first or not,

    The casino investigated and they have no records of such withdrawal being made to the players bank account ( which required IBAN ). Even if the withdrawal was submitted with the wrong IBAN code, the records would still show such attempt. And according to the Rep there is no such records at all.

    The cashouts made via Trustly were obviously paid so no issue there. And that method too requires IBAN.

    VideoSlots.com has impeccable reputation and it is my opinion that they would not try to cheat the players, having in mind all their past records and zero complaints.

    aemonmelgert, whether you want to pursue your complaint elsewhere or not, that is entirely up to you. ( You can always complain to MGA http://www.mga.org.mt/ which is where they have their license ).  As far as LCB goes there is nothing else we can do for you really...

  • there where several contacts between fhilip and lcb and i like to know in case of transparancy what happened there because this result so out of the blue doesnt feel right to me neither my girlfriend,
    I now that they are a well known casino but not al cases are the same.
    I wil go on with this if its only to help break the casino's allmighty untouchable feelings they have in some cases
