  • Hi Alishev52,

    We got an update from the casino rep. You sent KYC documents on 9th July, after which the account had to be further checked, as you had broken casino bonus terms exceeding the max bet amount. That's why the process has taken longer than normal. The account is now verified and reviewed and the withdrawal has been paid. Could you please confirm that?
