Earlier I had a game log issue which is now resolved as of June 12.
I'm posting here because I have another issue which involves a cash out!
Over to Trino I had a pending cash out which is from June 11th via the following details below:

It was cancelled all of a sudden today and so I reissued another request under:

My details/documents are fully verified.
I've contacted support in regards to the matter and Anastastia mentioned to wait a while as "it is being credited". If not then I would email their finance department via the KYC email, which I did for reassurance.
I would typically wait until the end of today but I just want to be sure that in case if the chat operator said may not be true I could be waiting for another 2 days pending business days.
