RESOLVED: Joya Casino : They haven't withdrawn money for two weeks now

Hello forum admin I have problems with the casino joya  (https://joya.casino/#/)  this is a new casino which offered 50 spins for registration,I contacted the operator before registering and the operator wrote that a deposit is not required to withdraw money I registered and started playing after fulfilling all the conditions, my balance became 100 euros,contacted the operator again he wrote to upload documents for verification I uploaded the documents and my account was verified,after that they asked to send data by email to withdraw money,  I sent everything, but then they wrote that a deposit of 30 euros is needed to withdraw money I wrote that your operator wrote to me that a deposit is not needed to withdraw money for this bonus but they wrote that the operator made a mistake,I started studying casinos on neighboring forums and I saw that there are a lot of complaints about this casino this casino simply takes player deposits and does not withdraw money they just steal players' deposits and don't contact you anymore.I am writing this complaint so that players don't fall for this trick this casino is a scam.

Casino Rep got back to us and clarified this case for us. They provided us with the evidence of Terms where it states that in order to cashout the winnings from this promotion the player need to make a verification deposit of $30 and to wager once. Also we've got an evidence that you have been informed by the email about all the terms. 

With that being said, we will close this complaint and mark it as Resolved.
