  • Casollo casino gets from me the baddest rating ever 0 stars I have now fore more 5hen 2 months 2000euro in pending withdraw there, they don't pay me but also they don't reply on any of the emails I send them, I hope you guys could do something for me my username there is "supermario112" I already verified my account long time ago and did allready 2 withdraws off 600 euro but spend there really for 1000s of euros it's so rude en ridiculous, I don't know anymore what to do, please help me or give me some tips please Grt supermario112 /Mario Hermes

  • It does state netherlands as a restricted country but if he has entered his sign up details stating his from there they shouldn't of accepted him and he shouldn't of been able to deposit.. Its just a easy excuse not to pay the customer.... These casinos are so corrupt..

  • No I still didn't hear anything and it's bullshit that the Netherlands can't play there they send me every day almost emails with promo and deposit bonuses but they can't send me 1 personal email back and I deposited maybe I total since they exist more then 3000 euro so and I allready did 2 withdraws of 600 euro witch they did pay within 2 days, so I really can't understand this because I also liked this casino vey much I played almost every day there until now but this is gonna be the 12th week allready it's ridiculous, I really hope they respond or That you guys can help me

  • Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, they don't reply to our emails. There is also another complaint and they do not reply. We tried all email addresses we have and still nothing. We'll try to reach them.

    It seems to me that Casollo isnt really helping out with more than 1 problem at the moment ...

    These are the only two complaints we got so first we are trying to reach the casino team and see if we can get any update. These complaints are visible on our forum so players are already warned. We'll keep you all posted. Let's give them a chance and see if they reply.

    its simply terrible there. and check my thread...very weird, but even Push Gaming reps and NoLimitCity reps were reacting very strangely. As soon as ive mentioned details of the company owning this casino, they stopped communicating with me.

    the deeper i get in this rabbit hole, more strange it all becomes. Its crazy how these type of companys can mantain a healthy contract with their payments systems and game providers if they are obviously a scam site. I bet if u look under it all, u will find all these industry figures working together. Wouldnt be suprised if game providers had two channel through which they operate...the white one (legal) and the backdoor one (shady).

  • Today I'm going on holiday to Tsjechië so it's really really sucks that they didn't pay me my ***** money *****, till now they didn't even send me 1 email back, but keep sending me promo emails with big deposit bonuses and AL the emails begin with hello wurthy friend or shit like that, I'm ready feeling sad about this and that I goes like this but that the are rated 9,5 Stars out of 10 is ridiculous sick, I really keep on hope that you can do anything for me and they listen to you guys

    We still haven't got any info regarding your case. We chatted with their live chat operator but he couldn't share any info about your complaint with us, he just forwarded it to the relevant department. We asked them if someone from their team could assist us and provided the feedback on our email address. So we'll see if they get back to us. I doubt, but at least we tried this option too.

    Wow ... This really stuns me to be honest ... How in the world can they act like this?! I totally dont understand this ...

    IF I would run an online platform and had some issues and see that an HUGE forum/community is after me ... I truly would solve the issues as soon as possible and not act they way they do ... Pfffff

    Unfortunately we can't force them to pay anyone. We've been trying to get in touch with them, but nobody is replying to us. You can try to file a complaint with their licensor which is Curacao and see what they're going to say about this.

    Lets put the cards on the table ... Sydney in all honestly ... How much chance does Supermario have with taking this to the licensor?!

    It's always better to try everything. We always suggest to contact the licensor as a last resort, but you never know. It definitely won't hurt to try this option as well.

    They don't want to reply to us, so there's nothing we can do to help this player. We've already tried everything, MelissaN has even contacted their live chat, but that didn't help either.

    I really cant understand that they wont do anything ... And indeed: LCB / MelissaN did everything in their power! You guys/girls are truly the best!!

    I always wonder with cases going to the licensor ... I didnt really ever read a story like this one was solved due to/thanks to the licensor ...
