    Hi, please someone explain to me this: my accounts were suspended at casino EuroMax play, Casino DelRio and Winner casino, due territory new terms. I went to their websites, and my country, Portugal) is not in the list of the excluded countries!
    I red this at LCB: EuroMaxPlay Casino welcomes players from Portugal, Portuguese Republic.
    I have money in the accounts, I can't play,  and the live support  don't know what to tell me, just I have to wait...and I'm waiting!
    Looking forward for a reasonable explanation

    I have emailed the rep to check if Portugal may now be a restricted countries. Many EU countries are going through regulating gambling and the casinos that wish to obtain a license need to refrain from accepting players from that particular country if they want to apply for a license.
