    Ok I won a Sunrise slots casino tournamefree weekly tournament and I won $700 and I deposited into the casino today late last night, today, lost it. Got my Appreciation chip THANKYOUVIP300 Lost that. I played a tournament I won $700. When I went to the my  my account,they had already put $700 in my account. It said I had $700 and it was available withdrawal.  I checked my messages. There was no messages in my account at Sunrise slots or any email About me winning the tournament or winning them some money in a tournament . So I decided to withdraw $400 and keep $300 in the account. I pressed withdrawal and it says everything‘s good. Your withdrawal is on the way I checked back about an hour later because you know I have to check casinos. I see all this stuff going on in my account and I’m like what in the hell is going on here, first of all I asked to withdraw 400 not 700 and the manager took all 700 of it I thought was weird and then I go to chat, and basically am im told that I needed to do a deposit Because I redeemed my appreciation ship before I won the tournament and that was a freebie… and you can’t have.. I don’t know can’t win a tournament after a freebie I guess. So I’m told that since he took the money, the manager already took the money he wasn’t able to put it back into my account since they don’t have it the power to put money into players account since they put $700 in my account today but they don’t have any way to put money back into my account I have that I download it and I’ll be sending that to you and everything. I’ve got all the information all that stuff. I’ll send you some attachments but ignored me and after all this stuff they completely screwed up I mean even the withdrawal I only asked to withdraw 400 and he withdrew 700. How can he do that , how crooked is this is absolutely the most crooked thing I’ve ever seen in my life you withdraw it and put it back into your account so I’ll send you the stuff 

    PS.. they already started deleting transactions. I'm pretty sure 100% sure I think I have a screenshot of It before they erased stuff I'll send that

  • Ok I will i'm trying to get as many of these websites that help to contact them to they kind of flood them a little bit and just kind of annoy them to the point where they just wanna get rid of us honestly that's the only way they're gonna do because they're too greedy to do it any other way, I mean this was theft. I mean there's no way around it that a theft had occurred . it was straight Strong armed out of my account and was told it was my fault gaslighting to the finest and they literally said it in the chat with me I mean, there's no excuse around it  there's no way to look at that and say that I did too many bonuses  free bonuses because they are locked up tight when it comes to that stuff. They're just a bunch of greedy people and that whole casino and sister casinos that they have going on they're not gonna be around long before they go out of business. You can't do this and stay in business people go there to win and when they don't get their winnings, they tend to not come back and tell other people not to go there , bad business as we get my money and never see them again, put them in my rearview mirror. There sites that advertise turbo pay get your pay in 20 minutes or less ,don't allow you to withdraw with turbo pay. They tell you there has to be a spot open and there's not one open literally I asked them so if I come back in 10 minutes, will there be a spot she said I don't know so I told her that is completely illegal absolutely 100% legal basically they're keeping people on the site with their money so they lose it most likely so they don't cant withdraw. But I got on their butts pretty hard and literally she said you'll get your money soon. She was being very cryptic with me and very cloak and dagger and in the next 10 minutes I received the money that I wasn't expecting for seven days because that's how long it takes Before the same small amount and same thing happened and I got it in my account in five minutes that's after I bet the guy that I wouldn't see my withdrawal for 14 days and he bet me that if he lost, he pay double my withdrawal and if I won, I put it all back into the  Casino so I did $220 or something, but it wasn't turbo pay. They did it on their own. That's what I'm talking about. They're picking it choosing who gets it and who doesn't and it's so illegal and I went way off on tangent, but I'm just saying this is the same group that you're dealing with right now who I'm dealing with  completely illegal illegal they do that at prism and Sotto Loco just FYI casino group

    I had a look and the first thing I see is you have recently been paid out thousands of dollars (sometimes within hours of request) via our Coindraw automated payout system, hopefully there was some satisfaction in this Nicholas Bantle. Now the bad news, per the terms and conditions of the casino multiple consecutive free tournaments are not allowed. Freeroll tournaments are awesome, however much the same as free chips and spins they are freebies and only one free tournament is allowed between cash deposit/play sessions. The win in question was on the 2nd consecutive freeroll tournament (with an additional $300 free chip as well) since your last cash deposit. Unfortunately the win in question is not eligible for withdrawal. I wish there was more I could do but the terms and conditions are clear, sorry to disappoint!

    As the casino rep emphasized above, according to the rules in their T&C, the win in question is not eligible for withdrawal. They have provided us with evidence that confirms this claim, so unfortunately, nothing further can be done in this case, and we will have to close this complaint.
