CLOSED: Sunrise Slots is a scam

TLDR: DO NOT SPEND A DIME ON THIS SITE

I played on Sunrise Slots since July 2022 spending thousands of dollars. I ended up winning big ($30K) but their lengthy review process caused me to cancel most of those withdraws and play/lose all but $2500. (Fault entirely my own on the $27K difference, accepted)

However I did leave $2500 to see how long it would take to receive. So far I'm starting to think this is a genuine scam site. I've filed complaints with the FTC nationally and state level, as well as the regulators. My next step is to contact merchant processors. 

Here's my timeline:

10/20/2022: Withdraw submitted

11/2/2022: Withdraw approved (10 days)

11/15/22: No sign of payment, so I chatted with an agent who assured me it would be sent on the next day since it marks 10 business days (their terms of service)

11/16/22: nothing, so I chat again and they said to check at the end of the week if it isn't sent. 
 

11/18/22: nothing, so I start chatting them DAILY to say "hi today is x days since I was promised to have my payment sent" and finally someone "escalated"

11/24/22: I get a call from the VIP manager (sales person wondering why I stopped playing) and I tell him I'm not spending another dime until my withdraw is worked out.

11/25/22: finance dept emails me to tell me BTC payments are unavailable (huh?) and they aren't able to tell me when it would be, so asks for my wire info. I give it to them and ask when it will be sent, and OF COURSE they say "we don't know"

11/28/22: after emailing finance asking for some WINDOW or GUESS as to when payment will be sent, they reply with the same copy/pasted email they sent me before (literally copied/pasted) 

So it's now 2 months since I requested a withdraw and still have no sign of it being sent to me. It's laughable that they try to contact me to get me to spend more while I'm clearly turned off. I wish I found reviews on this site before spending a DIME here. GO PLAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
