RESOLVED: Sunrise happily refuses to pay me!

I have a clean win off a welcome chip of which the max cash out is $100. Made it through verification with only minor bs, waited the amount of time specified in the Tos, I've even been informed, my payout has been approved. However, yesterday I received an email that said this (see below);

If you don't mind might I ask if you did anything or spoke to anyone specific? I am trying to get a $2300 payment from them and I receive no communication except me bothering them daily on instant chats.

LCB and Casino Meister contacted them on my behalf and I lodged a complaint with CDS. There is a number you can call it's on their website I called twice and both times was able to get through to a human. It helped calm my nerves but I have no idea if it helped me get paid. However I don't think it would have even done that had I won $2300. Hope this helps, good luck.

The day I was paid I sent them the following email,

Hello,

Please advise as to when this payout will be made. It is unacceptable to claim a BTC processor delay on an approved payout, while still collecting BTC without issue.

A few minutes later I received the payout.

I also got paid from posh today.  Took 2 weeks to get half my payment, I'm still waiting on the other half.  I requested a BTC payout so hopefully that helped speed it up
