  • I have verified kyc documents, made several deposits, completed their ridiculous playthrough(30x with no bonus attached, unreal), and requested my winnings, however that was 2 weeks ago.  I've spoken to several of their chat agents, who all seem to come up with different reasons my withdrawal is being delayed.  This is simply thievery.  Their chat agents are useless, I even ran into one that tried to tell me I hadn't met the playthrough, even though the cashier page clearly said I had....

    Unfortunately, we haven't got any update from them. We sent a reminder on Monday. 

    We'll keep on trying. What did they tell you?

  • They keep telling me that the"withdrawal team" will contact me in 24-48 hours, but no one ever does.  Everytime I ask for an update I get that same response.

  • Update:  The casino manager Ronald called me, and told me i was approved for withdrawal, and that i'd be receiving it in 72-96 hours.  It's been 7 days.

    Oh, sorry to hear. Did he explain the reason for such a long delay? 

  • No, but he did offer me a "special" promotion, if i re-deposited my winnings, they'd let me withdraw up to 10x my deposit.  I politely declined, because that's not a special at all, it's their standard withdrawal limit.  

  • You did the right thing. Please do not put money into play if you want to withdraw it. We are going to chat with them and ask to find a way to pay your winnings, if one payment method doesn't work for them they have to find an alternative.

  • Yes, it finally came through last night.  The whole process took over a month, and they're not easy to deal with. I wouldn't go back there even to play free play.
