  • When I went to deposit at Slots of Vegas this a.m. I was informed that I was no longer entitled to receive their best bonuses and I had a VIP status HIGHROLLER. I was told that these particular bonuses were for players that had not cashed out in a very long time. Kevin could not tell me where this info was posted and I have played online since the beginning and have never heard of such a restriction. When I asked how far ahead of the house I was he stated no withdrawals and $765 in deposits.
    Yes I have been on a fair streak lately, but not at their casinos unless they would like to stop denying that the SilverOak group is part of the Virtual group!!!!!!
    Will someone ever put a stop to these casinos? If anyone can I believe it will be LCB!

  • They are on the warning list for a reason.  Shady tactics..deposit at your own risk sort of thing.  I get it though, I still play at Cool Cat even though they are on the warning list but I also know that should I run into an issue I am on my own and would not expect LCB to do much to help me, unless there is a rep here you are taking big chances on any casino where there is warnings all over it.  LCB isn't in the business of trying to shut down casinos.

  • I actually sort of wish, that they would review the warning a bit.  They now actually have an active resolution department that is really responsive.  Plus they have been cleaning up there act quite a bit.
    Really the ones who are still complaining are the ones who are redeeming multiple chips in a row, or not using a coupon correctly.
    After Tawni has stepped in to help them create a better company.  I believe things have gotten slightly better over there.
    The only thing I'm still not impressed with is the "improved" cash out times.  They still aren't much better than the old ones, yet at least now there honest.

  • I posted earlier in regards to no longer being able to use the better bonus offers with Slots of Vegas. Sadly I now can add Royal Ace, Planet 7 & Captain Jack's. I also found out that it does not matter if you win or lose in that particular casino. If you win in one casino of a particular group you become labeled in all of their casinos. And yes everyone when the SilverOak group started to clean up their pay-out times and insisted they were not part of the Virtual group they LIED to all of us. Boycott these casinos and show them we will not stand for it. There are already states that are legalizing online gambling like New Jersey and others will follow if we stand together!!!!! Currently Cool-Cat owes me $631, Royal Ace owes me $512 & Bingo-Knights owes me $468. I am asking for all whom reads this post their help. I am very ill, only play slots and they can not fairly accuse me of being an experienced player when slots are purely luck of the spin. Not one has offered to return my losses and that money could have bought me a better quality of life these last few months. I did not play to win, but to distract me from the horrible pain I suffer as one by one my friends draw away.

    I mean anyone who honestly believe they are owed money, be it a rather good casino outfit or one with a shady past.  I would think would want help, versus saying I'm just here to trash talk them.  Yet I don't want any help.

    So did you use a coupon or a freebie?  If you used a freebie, was this your first freebie, or have you redeemed multiple freebies in a row?  If it was a coupon, have you been luck with coupons in the past?  LCB does have a rep Tawni available, of whom I will alert to this thread.  In the case you really want some help with getting your winnings.

    Regarding your claims that we lied about our any association between Ace and Virtual, this is flat out inaccurate.  Perhaps you are not understanding the association, so I’ll try to explain this:  Ace and Virtual are two separate companies.  Each is operated separately, with a separate support team, separate finance department, separate marketing team, etc.  They are both owned under the same umbrella company, but are operated completely separately.  I hope this clears things up for you.

    Lastly, while I don’t know your particular situation pertaining to our brands and I’m by no means accusing you of anything untoward, there ARE plenty of slot players who find a way to take advantage of our casinos and every other casino online.

    I’ll look forward to hearing from you with your name and usernames.

  • Yep Cheetahwind, I think I smell and read something odd in this post.  Just when I think I've seen, read, or heard, just about every gaming story that's come down the road, up pops a new one, like this.

    Why would a player even think about a casino (online or land) returning their losses?  PLEASE,  they certainly don't keep the lights on by returning players losses, ill or not and regardless of how it effects your quality of life!

    Ready4Christ,  I don't think you are ready for gaming of any type.  The object of placing a bet is to win and then you get paid.  You can't demand your money back if you lose your bet.  Its a simple concept that I don't think you comprehend or moreover you don't  think is applicable to you! 

    News flash....Ready4Christ....that dog won't hunt..(i.e. your sad story).. Sorry!

    This is me AND only me saying the following:
    I'm not trying to belittle or insult you; rather, I'm suggesting  you wake-up, smell the coffee and quit with the sad story!  LCB, is not the place to run your type of scam (for lack of a better word) and maybe you ought to take it elsewhere.  Because its not going to work here!

  • I hate to see when a player tries to run a scam even with Virtual group casino. Players that do this sort of thing makes it bad for a casino that maybe trying to change and other players who genuinely need help  8'|. (IMO only).

  • I think LCB is doing the right thing. Keep this group of casinos posted with warning signs. If a player needs help let the casino's rep deal with it. There are some of us who been gambling long enough to know Virtual casino past history. And know this isn't the first time they pulled this we turned over a new leaf stunt.
