RESOLVED - Sincity voids 7000 euro on bogus rule.

I am a player since the beginning that sincity started( about 2 years), I played there allot and over the years and won some and loose some always got payed in full eventually.. Last months I was making numerous deposits didn't had so much luck until last time. I made a deposit of 200 and got a bonus of 100 euro. I kept me on all the rules of the terms and conditions. I got very lucky and hit 1000 times my bet on league of fortune.

It felt great the excitement of winnings such a big amount with a small bet-size I thought nothing can go wrong I am a 2 years customer with the casino long time verified always got payed big amounts (my biggest cash was 13k).

And then it struck me I got this heart breaking email, that I won't get payed, with a rules which they can apply to everybody in there benefit. I quote the rule

" Bonuses offered by Sincitycasino.com are intended for genuine recreational players only.  Sincitycasino.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any account if bonus abuse is suspected. At our discretion, all bonuses and subsequent gaming activity may be revoked and voided, and deposits returned.''

I didn't do anything wrong i just played and hit 1000 times my bet it's a pity that such a good reliable casino like sincity applied this rule to me. As I didn't broke any T&C. I played in the same way all last 2 years didn't cheated or do anything what is prohibited in the T&C.

Why is it before when I lost my money they didn't send me any email I couldn't play anymore just waited until I made win. A casino has the right to bonusban every player but not to void 7k of winnings on a nonsense rule like this I hope this forum can help me out.

Man that indeed are rogue terms. I really do not understand who advises these casinos and who writes these TCs? Hope this gets cleared up and this rule removed

WOW  I would have been heartbroken also and mad as sin. I hope this does get cleared up. I hate bonuses on my deposits and this is a prime example why.

I am pretty disappointed in this situation. I can sent them an email and this is what they replied.

"We would like to highlight the previously quoted clause in our terms, which states that our bonuses are intended for recreational purposes only. As we have reviewed your gameplay and depositing patterns, we noticed that you all too frequently claim the maximum bonus available and use the casino's bonus money to win. You have never visited our casino to enjoy the games by playing with your own funds alone, rather you only come when there are promotions. In this regard, your playing cannot be considered recreational, but a source of livelihood. Because you abuse our bonuses for your own gain too frequently, we are irrevocably excluding you from receiving any further promotions."

I am clueless here what to do please asked me anything you want and contact the rep for me...

After further investigating your account at SinCity i have noticed that from the day you registered an account with us you have already withdrawn  27,000 euro (all paid to you) , while you have in total deposited 8000 euro , and have received 6425 euro in bonuses , so i can pretty much say that you have really done well for yourself and do not have much too complaint about . You have made all these withdraws by using the bonus so there is a clear bonus abuse pattern. I will need to see if an exception can be made about this withdraw (if yes perhaps it will be in july) . Once i have more news i will send an update .

Don't offer bonuses if you are willing not pay winning generated from them? I  Really cant understand how playing with bonuses most of the time is abusing.  Why wasn't the player just bonus banned and welcomed to play with only real money deposits then?

kinda true.. bonus comes with wagering req which is not easy to complete.
so if you dont want to pay the winning after players completed the WR then what is the point of giving deposit matchup?

Here is a bonus, if you deposit you can have it but only if you lose  . Really  . Solution, stop offering bonuses 8'|

This complete BS. If you accept a bet then pay a bet. If you don't want him to have future bonuses then restrict him from them. But you have to pay him his winnings from this bonus. Trust me - It will only hurt you and your casino in the long run if you don't. Word spread pretty quit around here and to other forums. Do the right thing a pay the man...

just a quick update. Our contact at the casino has moved on so We are waiting on the new Rep to get back to us.

The right thing is the right thing and the passage of time will not change anything.

This behaviour reminds me of a certain bad-rated-casino group which offers bonuses, and once you win from this, they reject your withdrawal ! Oh my.

If I remember right, SinCity has very high wagering reguirements /welcome bonus 45x45?) anyway, so they were probably surprised that one player actually fullfilled all the wagering.

Wow.. I have never seen anything this blatant.  At least with an offshore book, they will pay you out and then tell you that your play is not welcome.  I have been bonus restricted by many online casino's, but they always paid.  I consider myself a tad lucky though, I got a $6k cashout from Carbon casino before they went completely rogue with everyone, including a massive amount of poker funds. 

My thinking is that they would hope you took a bonus if you are a winning player.  The odds are so stacked in their favor that way.

PAY THE MAN!  He is depositing a large amount of funds. I maybe deposited $75 with carbon before cashing $6k, $150 with inetbet and cashed around $4k and maybe $50 in deposits cashing $3k with Vegas Regal (when they were good).

I was shocked to read all this.  I can agree to each and everyones' comments. A player that deposits and receives a bonus and is lucky to meet wager deserves to be paid. It's just great that there's LCB that helps in this kind of matter, Zuga you truly are amazing.

Some of these casinos are falling on hard times. People aren't depositing as much as they used to. Don't be surprise if more and more of these issues start popping up.

I went in the chat today, talked to the manager they said the would send out an email today.

I have never heard of this rule in my life.And the old rep had a very bad replay.How can he say that you made 8k in deposits but you won 27k so don't complain.I hope that that man is now history from sincity along with the people behind this decison.

unfortunatelly we have no heard back from the new Rep. we know for a fact that they are aware of this complaint but obviously have chosen to ignore it.

I am currently away , but will be revisiting their status on LCB and most definitely be placing them on our warning list.

Such a shame... They should have done the right thing and paid the player. I guess they want to gamble with their reputation.

They took a huge risk and it just didn't pay off.

Glad to see that this casino is on the warning list and on my PERSONAL ignore list too.

Their attitude is absolutely irresponsible. Did they really think they could just ignore this? Well, they are on my warning list from now on too. I really hope that in the end they will pay the player that has honestly earned winnings.
