Thanks for the update. We emailed the casino yesterday asking for the update on your case. Let's wait until the rep gets back to us and we can see if they don't pay out your winnings as they promised, you can go and file a complaint to their regulatory body.
Regarding blacklisting this casino, we don't have it listed on LCB. We found a contact on their website and asked them to assist us in this case. They seemed willing to help, so let's see. It's been days now since they promised the money would be in your account.

We just heard from the casino rep. He informed us that he requested your cashout on Friday and he's waiting for their accountant to confirm the payment went through. Please be patient since the money can't be transferred over the weekend.
He also asked us to tell you to stop spamming him. Please just wait a little bit longer, the casino rep will take care of it. We asked him to let us know as soon as the money is transferred. They'll inform you too.

Yes, we heard from the casino rep. Namely, he informed us that you still keep on spaming his inbox and threating him although we advised you to be a little bit patient since he needed to chat with his finance team about your withdarwal. He even sent you an email about the payment method you want to cashout your winnings to. I do agree it takes too long and you should already get your money but we also need to be patient if they asked us to.We asked them when you can expect the withdarwal. Still waiting for his reply.
