  • good evening another complaint at the casino carousel.be they are a subsidiary luckygames.be casino they also refuse to pay money claim amount 200 euro.How it comes to withdrawal they immediately block the account and come up with a pretext not to pay money.Ask their representative to answer this topic.thank you in advance

    Did  he say when you can expect the payouts?

    We emailed the casino to find out when the money will hit your account. Hope we'll get the answer soon.

    Regarding blacklisting this casino, we don't have it listed on LCB. We found a contact on their website and asked them to assist us in this case. They seemed willing to help, so let's see. It's been days now since they promised the money would be in your account.

    We just heard from the casino rep. He informed us that he requested your cashout on Friday and he's waiting for their accountant to confirm the payment went through. Please be patient since the money can't be transferred over the weekend. 

    He also asked us to tell you to stop spamming him. Please just wait a little bit longer, the casino rep will take care of it. We asked him to let us know as soon as the money is transferred. They'll inform you too.
