    Hi all,
    I'll try and be brief, I  redeemed a NDB coupon for $52 on Aug. 23rd., I received a letter from support my doc.'s were filed and  my withdrawal would be final within 5-7 days on Sept. 6th.  Everything seemed hunky dory! Its now the 18th. and still no payment. Live  chat was no help, "Vanessa said I would be receiving my payment next week."  No explanation given. Is this normal? Why do you think they would delay like this and is it something I should expect to deal with  often when dealing with online casino's? This is the first time Ive' ever won money online. Thank you

    I don't know anything about this casino.  When did they say it would be 5-7 days?

    I've looked at their T & C and it just says see the cashier for the time taken for withdrawals.
