I managed to get into the site by changing my password, redeemed the 200% bonus (BEWARE 75(+?)x wager required) was playing and hitting a lot of big wins and then the site started lagging and buffering between spins. Went to home page and nothing was loading up and now it won’t let me log in. Pity

Can login after changing my password 3 times was able to deposit and claim the 200% bonus but none of the games load so can't play. So still not operating as normal, not surprised that deposit is working and nothing else to be honest. Chat operator told me to keep trying but I can't be bothered will try again tomorrow.

We hope very soon all should be sorted.
I have passed all the complaints to our casino team to contact those players personally and resolve their complaints."

i spoke to sina and she said all joka dimes will be reinstated Thursday

Buffering is still happening and can't play anything, nothing will load. Chat support said it's been escalated to be fixed but it's been ongoing for the last day or so. I was in the middle of a hold and win feature and now can't get back into that game

I think the most annoying part of all this is the same copy/paste response from customer service saying they are experiencing technical issues that will be resolved "in the next hour". They've been saying that for 3 days but still texting me with bonuses and then texting later with an apology and the correct bonus amount
