  • hey steve yes they all the time did pay me with no problem at all... first time stuff happen, it seems they have some technical issues but it is been 2 days since the casino is offline...

  • Don't worry I had them over the phone they are having technical issues, if you look back on those post you can see the phone number, feel free to call them to see by yourself. They will get back online soon, the 3 peoples I spoke to garabtit the site will be back on in maximum 48h

  • I just called again, the lady told me not to worry, they are reboot the website and the coding. It should be back on in a few hours. I asked about the email boucing back and she said because everything is down they can not access the inbox on their website. Apparently the technical team are working on it. They had to have them coming over for night shift but everything should be fine ! 

    We will all feel better when things are back to normal.

  • Hi I was wondering if there's any way of getting information on my withdrawal it was due a few day ago they sent me an email requesting a statement so they can transfer funds but there site was under maintenance I emailed the a few times with the statement and my personal consultant and still heard nothing or received my withdrawal any help would be appreciated.   • Yes this is the reason why I guess. They issues likes that in the past, and just changed from .com to .info and then .live so it will be back at some point. But then the french version of it italian and german are also closed. So they will be back, we will if tomorow they will be back on.. 

    We just need to be patient and hopefully getting our money.
