  • this casino is runned by crooks . i made few deposit and my last one of 300 euro was pratically stolen as they blocked my account , they ask me for documents and their email bounced back. thye have my 300 euro and their sipport dosent reply to my emails. please do not advertise this casino and put it it in the black list . can someone helps me to get my money back, for sure ther must be someone or somewhre to report this crooks .

  • We're trying to get in touch with the casino but with no success. We got a failed delivery, we tried the 'contact us' form on their site and still no feedback from them. Since we don't have this brand listed on LCB we don't have a registered rep. Have you heard from them yet?  

  • Hi Melissa, thanks a lot for your help. Unfortuntaely i didnt hear from them . the emails i have sent they all bounce back. the chat operator never replies. Literally !!! Sent emails to the support emails, used their forms but they are totally ignoring me.

    The London address is fake and the tel number too. I have called my bank and told them about that , i feel i am a victim of  a fraud. I have cancelled my card and my bank now is in charge of making an investigation. For now i have my money back as the bank gave me the money i have deposited . I'll let you know if my bank will have more succcess on speaking with them but i doubt it , it looks like thye truly are scammers.

    Please warn players not to play there.

    The funds were won off bonus money.

    Furthermore, an illegal action was made when you did a chargeback, after you had a good play at the casino.

  • The funds were not bonus casino and after i actually trued to send a billions emails , try to call a number who dosent exist and the chat operator would ignore me in purpouse I  acutally got scared and really believed the casino was a scam and called my bank and told the  i was a victim of fraud as not only the casinodidnt reply but all the emails would bounce back and there was not way to contacted them and after i have sent all my documents , id and they had my cc details i had to make sure my card infoo were not going to be used, i never recieved a single reply from the numerous amounts of emails i sent and of course i had to make my bank know as which casino has fake number , an  addressof london that dosent look leggtimate as i live in London and checked , and mostly their custmer service they ignore you afteru queue for hours and once they realise u are there to complaint they ghost u out.

    I am shocked this casino is still open ,they operate in uk soil without license and they totally ignore u and there is not way to contact them and i have asked them so many times to close my account and they ignore my request so many times. Shoking ! and if u check all the complaint u miight realised there is a ton!!!

    So bad!!!

    Emails bounce back, Support is never online, I am unable to login to my account and if I request a password reset, no email hitting my inbox. I claimed the 10 euro no deposit bonus, completed wager but I am unable to withdraw the x10 the bonus amount max cash out which is 100 euro.

    Even when I want to withdraw they deduct 35 euro for fees and I will only 65 euro and bank transfer is the only option. As soon as you fill in the bank details and swift numbers etc and click submit withdrawal, it takes you to the home page.

    When I initially received the bonus last year August, they only had Betsoft slots and something else. Now they have Netent, Microgaming and more providers, even though their email address is not working and you cannot get hold of support an dI still cannot login.

  • Same here , i had winnings and they blocked my account, i tried so many times to contact them and when i say many times i mean loads and the emails would bounce back and sent my id and all the things asked for.They keep sending me promotional emails eventhoug i asked not too and to selfexclude my account and still i recieve email, this Natalie is this emails never replied to any of my emails and all my emails bounced back They tel is fake so not chance to reach them on the phone. I did even use a bonus money and they totally dont care about custmer service which dosent exist, i had to call my bank saying i was victim of fraud as i am convinced this site is a fraud, they operate and advertise they site to uk players which is also illega, and they should not offer registration to uk and accept the money.

    I have never asked for charges back inmy life and infact i call the fraud department of my bank as i felt i was frauded by this site .

    What is frustrating is that none can really help and those casino will still scam people.

    So sad !

  • I see and understand your frustration. We bring this to the casino rep's attention. We want them to be fair in this case. Hope they'll make it right. 

    Fortunately, that's why we are here so people can exchange their experience on the forum and see where they should not play and deposit their money. We still haven't added this brand to our site.

    i truly hope you won't add this casino to this site as it will mislead so many people, as once u deposit your money you can say byebye to it and they are so unhhelpful and they should put a real number as their tel number dosen'twork  as their support emails.

    The casino rep says you've been doing chargebacks several times which is against rules. If you did the chargebacks we can't really help you since it's strictly forbidden. 

    We have been waiting for the casino rep's reply on the forum but her emails don't seem to work properly. we're going to send a reminder and ask her to address you directly on the forum.
