    i have been reading and found lots of complaints about this casino, for some reason this website doesnt have the casino’s sister site True Blue on it.

    anyway, I have withdrawals pending from Raging Bull, the first one has been approved and it’s just bullshit here on out, I get onto live support almost everyday to find out when it’s being sent and they keep telling me the same thing, they don’t have my bank details. I can’t even count how many times I’ve sent them.

    now here’s the funny part, their sister site True Blue, has now sent me two withdrawals without as much hassle. No hassle on the first withdrawal and a small delay on the second. Now why can’t raging bull do the same thing?

    i have now had enough and have contacted the gaming authority and will see what they say. 

    But I want to know what else I can do to get my money. I have a record of what’s owed and when approved plus screenshots of most conversations. It was approved a month ago and still not sent. Surely they have to answer to someone to be able to run a casino.

  • Join askgamblers.com and post your complaint up on there complaint page along with your proof and it should get resolved pretty quickly.

    When I spoke with the Raging bull reps a few months back they said there is no link between True blue and raging bull, we will need to do some more investigating. We will get your complaint sent to the rep. Please private message me you username. 

    In future please use our casino list, we would recommend you play at the more reputable brands, this way you shouldn't have any hassles getting paid. Look at the ones with the highest player rating.

    That’s not what a casino support told me, I even had TWO of them go from my chat with trueblue, into my raging bull account. I have screenshots of it all too.

    interesting, it wont be the first time they lied about something like this only to admit later there is a connection. They originally claimed they have no affiliation to Virtual Group only later to admit they got sold to them. LCB wrote about this to warn players couple years ago.

  • There is definitely something going on with them.

    To be fair they have had hardly any complaints about withdrawls over the last few months,but in the last couple of weeks the list been growing exponentially.

    I noticed it went from one complaint every couple of days to ten or more every day.

    Let's hope u get this resolved in your favour,

    I'm def thinking twice about depositing there ever again.

  • Actually I am mistaken, I had a quick squizz at my emails again, the rep did not deny that True Blue is their sister casino. He just stated to chat later and never heard back from him since then regarding the subject.

  • Contact raging bull today and this is what happened. Not happy at all, they stick to their own rules, only when it suits them! Dont get me wrong I’m happy they have sent a payment, now I just have to wait and see if it shows up. But to lose $2400 because of one of their rules is bullshit. Considering how many of their own rules they’ve broken.

  • Hi it means 1x the min max withdrawl which would be $100.  Which means I'm sorry to say your probably screwed. I feel your pain I've had nothing but problems from the group. Good luck to you hopefully it all works out in your favor

  • Thanks, yeah that’s what it means, so pissed off. I’ve gotten my first payment, just waiting on the rest. Not giving them anymore money either.
