    I have problem with VIP Room Casino which I never had it before.

    Here is the problem:

    I cant make withdrawal. It said:

    >>>You have reached your payment limits<<<

    I did email the help and also got a reply but there is no solution.

    the reply email told me that I am able to make withdrawal already but I couldnt and I emailed them again but there is no reply anymore.

    If there is anyone from VIP Room Casino reading this please help.

  • We got an update from the casino that the problem was due to some  Platform provider issues. They informed us that they contacted you and the problem with your withdrawal was resolved. Could you please confirm that?

  • We've reminded them but not a word since yesterday. We'll keep on trying and get back to you. Sorry to hear that they haven't resolved it yet. Hope it will be sorted out soon.

    Since it's Easter holiday most of the casino reps don't work. We should be more patient and wait until next week and I'm sure they will get back to us. 

  • Update: I got my withdrawal but not the amount that I should get. I won about 99 eur and then when I sent them emails about my problems then my bonus of 25 eur was taken away which leave me to 74 eur. Then I make my withdrawal today and of 75 (I dont know why my balance got 1 dollar more), I got the money not long but it was only 50 eur. Well.. Maybe their finance thought my 74 eur still has bonus in it? I emailed them and will give update :)
