    My withdrawal was approved February 6th. Bitcoin.org wallet is what I've used as that's what the casino recommended. The site states after approval, 7-10 business days to receive the money. It's been almost 60 business days! I've requested assistance via their email many times and never got so much as a reply. I've requested updates on the live chat and ben told my payment was escalated almost 10 times, was told my payment would be put on the priority list (2 weeks ago), and been told absolutely nothing except "everybody gets their payout just be patient for longer". I am at a complete loss and I want my money. S.O.S!
