    I have been denied a cashout from PokieSpins for the total amount of $500, this was due to the following:

    “Any winnings generated on any games not contributing towards meeting the wagering requirements can be declared void at our sole discretion when the players have failed to meet their respective wagering requirements.”

    Our Audit team found that you played Sun Of Egypt: Hold and Win while the bonus was active which clearly breach our Terms & Conditions.

    After reviewing the play history there was a total of only 5 spins used for a bet size of 0.50 with 0 spins won, I completed the wager on other games (1000+ spins) and have submitted my documents, they have now removed my entire cashout of $500 and credited back my initial deposit of $60.

    Timeline was as follows:

    • Request for cashout, Denied due to No Documents, returned $500
    • Documents submitted and aproved, request for cashout, denied due to incoming bank details missing, returned $500
    • Request for Cashout, Denied and entire amount removed due to the above

    I have spoken with their representative and they advised that any spins after the initial 5 are void, yet they refuse to provide me with the balance prior to starting the above slot ($300).

    Is this normal, where a site can void an entire withdraw if the slot flagged has 0 impact?

    We're going to ask the casino rep for more info about this case. If you exceeded the bet limit this is a breach of T&C. They should have reviewed the play history before you submitted docs for the cashout. However, it's better to hear from the casino rep what happened. Please private message me your casino username.

  • I have now sent a total of 7 emails to Pokie Spins support, with no response given for any of the emails. I would suggest that you remove them from your site, as they are not legit at all in providing even basic customer support.

  • The terms says that if you win on a slot that don't contribute to wager and these wins lead you to cashing out money you wouldn't any other way they can void the withdrawal. You have not won on the said slot therefor you didn't breach any term. The casino has to clearly state that the slot is not allowed completly... This term is literally fraudulent and illegal. You have been frauded by a group of amateur, in that case if you went after them with a lawsuit you would win easily and they would be forced to pay reparation. Vague terms like that, that says athing but they pretend it means another while it's just gibberish is plain criminal. If any companies around you did that you could sue them have their reputation destroyed. It's because people do nothing that they can continue frauding.

    If players joined in a collective lawsuit against the industry not only would you win, but the casinos would have to pay billions in reparation for all the money stolen and the damage. I just don't get why people, in general, are such sheeps that let others run over them without doign anything. If i was you, if you know a lawyer or someone in your family or around. A nice letter to the casino would probably get you paid real quick. They know they are criminals acting outside laws, they know exactly what they are doing. They will act like they are perfectly in their rights for as long as they think you don't know they could be jailed and shut down for it. The second a player take serious action they switch gears instantly and pay... everytime. They are con artists... liars and manipulators. They are playing with people like toys. But heh... like the poor people around me would say "what can we do??" and just kneel to the criminals right. I feel so alone calling them all the time... Maybe players get what they deserve for being such coward sheeps.

    I would say good luck but it's not even a matter of luck. Get a lawyer, send a mail to the casino stating your intentions with what i talked about up here and they will pay. They risk a LOT more than 500$ if you go all the way.
