  • I have been playing with pokie spins casino for a while now and every single time i have tried too withdraw they come up with every excuse under the book even tho it's a proven fact my account was verified and approved...  This time around I deposited money on the 17th of this month with a no deposit bonus I tried too withdraw 4500 and they told me my money is voided and there's nothing I can do  about it .. But I received  emails saying congratulations and do on I want my cash winnings

    I'm really dissapointed I have all the screen shots for all conversations I had all the proof that they have canceled every single one of my withdrawals but this one was voided because larger amount....  They said I breach the terms and conditions because I apparently received a 2.16 free spins money on the 8th of this month :/ but yet I deposited money on the 14th tried too withdraw 500 and they only reason they said I couldn't was because it has too be over 550 so tried at 550 than they said the only thing they need is a Adress of bill which they already had within the 3month time frame they canceled and than I deposited again on the 17th with no bonus and I won't 4500 and they said its voided

    I'll take a look at the screenshots you sent me and get back to you. As far as I could see from the screenshots you sent, they claim that you broke max bet rules. We'll also send another reminder to the casino to hear their explanation. 

  • There trying too say I broke the rules because they put 2.16 in my account on the 8th of this month that has nothing too do with the deposit I made on the 17th with no deposit bonus

    So every time you made a deposit you didn't take any bonuses? You shouldn't have made a deposit each time. 

    As from the screenshot you sent me the chat agent said that you claimed a bonus and you breached max bet. On the next screenshot, they advised you that you didn't finish the playthrough therefore you weren't able to withdraw the money. 

    So you were given a different reply regarding the same thing. 

  • Yes sometimes I selected the bonus with my deposit but most times I'd rather not have the bonus because you don't end  up being any better off and when u do select a bonus u can clearly see what's bonus and wats cash  ... Look there was no play through because there was no bonus for these Winnings..  And the bonus I got on the 8th that there talking about was well and truly done otherwise I would not of tried too get 3 different withdrawal out between than and now because if that was the case why wouldn't they have mentioned this anytime before..  The excuses were always..  Gotta upload id but it was already done and approved....  Na u have too upload Adress....  It was already approved and done by myself and live chat...  Nope u need too do it again so I did it again....  Now u have too wait up too 48hoirs for it too be reviewed...  Than they cancel say valid id,  than all of a sudden it's a min withdrawal of 500 thab I get it up too  550try too withdraw again  excuse after excuse after excuse and than they bounce back too me sorry we have too verifie ur account they had already done all the long time before....  There just playing games the next day I go too withdraw 4500 and within hours the whole lots gone and than they come back with some bonus crap???  What bonus there was no bonus and it states that on the history of my deposits if this was the case why wouldn't this have been mentioned in between on all my other attempt too withdraw... Because they have knocked back every single withdrawal but they take my money and than thinj they can void it for nothing....  Tell them too pay me what they owe or I will take it further through the UK gambelling commissioner,  also the accc and the fraud investigation unit. In sick of putting money into scammers

  • Okay, so you didn't use the bonus with the last 3 deposits you mentioned? I still don't understand why the customer support agent mentioned the bonus and max bet rule. 

    We are still trying to get in touch with them. We'll keep you posted. If you don't get a reply from them you can then go and file a complaint to their licensor.

  • Yes please,  how do I get in contact with them,  I would love too file a complaint. .  On the 8th  I did have a bonus with free spins but I have had 2 no deposit bonuses since than...  And had it up too 7000 and withdraw at 4500 you see see on my deposit history that there was no bonuses

    You can contact them on their support email and they should reply. We've asked them to resolve your case if they can't share the info about players' accounts with us.

    They can't do it since it is against their policy. There are some casinos that are not allowed to share players' info. There is nothing we can do about it.

  • Oh so they don't even have a gaming licence,  well im definitely not getting the money than but I will report them too the accc too make sure there website is fully closed down
