    Good afternoon,

    I seem to be running into a problem with Playhub Casino not cashing out my withdrawals. I submitted a withdrawal back at the end of July and over the next 30 days asked for it to be processed. I was told on multiple occasions that it was being processed ASAP but I still never received it. At the end of August the site went down for an "Update" for a few days and when the site came back up my withdrawal transaction was missing. I reached out to the site and received no reply. Can I possibly get help with this?

    Unfortunately, we can't help you sort it out since the casino does not want to assist us in sorting players' complaints. Our hands are tied and we can't provide any sort of mediation. There are lots of complaints about the withdrawal issue and we couldn't help. 

    You've been waiting since the end of July that's too long. We can advise you to file a complaint to their licensor, they should help you resolve the issue and get your money.
