  • ok folks heads up for Playamo i won on their 22 free spins no deposit frombitcoin chaser and i tried to cashout following their stricked cashout rules withch is first confirm my wallet address and take a selfie with my ID and a sign signing, "hi playamo" so i did and the next message i get from them is a account closed email stating that i used a fake ID how they assumed it was fake, i have no clue ive tried sending emails and even more proff of my identity to show theres nothing fake about my ID but the only response i get is your accouunt was closed by managment and theres nothing we can do about it. now tell me thats not a bunch of bull dookey

    During the verification proccess Our security department has detected the signs of fraudulent activity.

    According our bonus terms:

    8. Playamo Casino management has the right to void any bonuses or winnings obtained through suspected deceptive behavior.

    Based on the above, the Player was blocked and player`s winnings were confiscated.

  • what proof do you have of these supposed fraudulent activity, my point was that you guys can say that you found, "fraudulent activity" at any point and that is the end of it you say you found fraudulent activity with my identification card but i can prove to you and anyone that wants to investigate that in fact the id card in question is indeed real. Now i can prove my case and I can say forsure that you, "Playamo Casino" can NOT prove your case. this is why i say that we as a whole, meaning the casinos and the player's can all benefit from a referee or umpire of sorts this way all cases can be solved without any bias

  • I haven't been sent anything from them my account is still closed and nobody has proved to me that I used fake identification. See the thing is, is that I know I did not use anything fake to confirm my identity I used my own identification card. So since what's funny is that what they ask for is a selfie with obviously you holding your id and a sign saying hi playamo so ho do you take a selfie with items in both of your hands, how do you take your picture... Anyway so when I took the selfie I taped my ID card on the piece of paper saying hi playamo so I had a free hand to take the picture so this is why I think that they thought it was fake but if you look at the picture sent you can see the clear tape on the picture. Again I can send you everything showing that my identity is true and I've never tried any fraudulent stuff
