  • After I won some money, pinup.bet requested a huge amount of ridiculous verification docs. I provided the docs two weeks ago and haven't heard from them since then. Live chat says to contact them via email, and email support says to contact live chat. Is there anything that can be done about them?

    Have you heard from the casino yet? The casino rep advised us last week that he was on it and we still haven't got any feedback regarding your case. 

  • They finally withdrew my money yesterday. It took 2 months! Please make sure that as many people as possible know that they try to lay their hands on your money if you dare to win with them. I was losing for half a year and everything was OK, and then my first win and first withdrawal and you get  inadequate verification requests with a bunch of unnecessary docs.

    Thank you for your help on my issue. I really appreciate it.

    We'll mark this case as Closed since it took 2 months for them to pay out your winnings and we can't mark it as resolved since we don't approve such a long verification and payout process. They never explained what was wrong and we didn't get any explanation from the casino.
