UNRESOLVED: PH Casino wont pay me 130k Said I was a Scammer??

i won a lot of money on ph casino last weekend and then they suddenly banned me. I asked why and  Willam Dornat from USoftGaming sent a reply simply ‘fraud’.. I was extremely shocked and sent a lot of messages asking why they think that and he said they have seen scammers like me who try to steal their money before!!.. the emails I have received are shocking accusing me of fraud  saying its mathematically impossible to win that much and I would never get the money I won !! We are not talking a small amount 130k! (one football bet and a couple of slot games over a period of 7 days (i had increased my bet per spin and won)

I obviously cannot let them get away with these accusations! It’s been so stressful..

By reading comments I think I too have been scammed by them ! It’s been an awful experience and this William just doesn't care ... he said my emails don’t ‘fly with him as he has seen scammers before’ this is the worst casino customer service i have ever encountered and basically to be accused of a crime because i won is just aw-full and because they don't want to pay out!

Has anyone got anywhere with the regulator with this company ? as i have just got no where with customer services and just rude emails.. any advice would be greatly appreciated.   I cannot let them get away with these accusations

Can you confirm if you have any response regarding my serious complaint.  I have just read other complaints from the other companies they own 'BetSwagger' and similar things seem to be happening to many other people.  This company cannot get away with treating people like this.  

Throwing accussations of criminal behaviour to their customers because they win is very dangerous.. This really needs resolving asap..  This is making me ill!  

I know insane email accussing me of being a criminal because i won playing on a slot machine ! 

The below is part of the last email i got from them:

You came to us, we did not advertise to you. You found our site, you signed up and agreed to our terms and conditions and terms of use, you deposited money and "played" in our system.

Our team has found your activity to be fraudulent and as much as you don't like what we are telling you those are facts backed by mathematics and scripts, we paid millions to players worldwide in over 200 + countries. The handful of complaints found publicly are most likely competitors and scammers who tried to steal our money.

This email was after a week of just getting a couple of word replies.. Shocking and very upsetting, so i cannot let this go

Can you please give me an update on this ? If they are just ignoring you i take it I just go to the regulator then legal.  This company seems to think they can get away with treating its customers like this, accusing me of being a scammer because i won, other customers have delayed withdrawals (by months), banning people for no reason then ignoring all contact so they don't have to pay out etc. they seem to do anything they can to not pay out.  This is so wrong and this company should be black listed from operating...do you suggest legal or regulator first ? any advise would be great as they cannot continue to get away with this  Thanks 

Hi Coco2019, I do suggest you take this to the licensing authorities. Our correspondence with these brands have not been positive and they are not very enthusiastic to help us mediate player complaints. They dont have players as their top priority it seems:/

This company has a few brands and they are still taking peoples money with no intention of paying out on withdrawals etc ..This company really needs to be closed/blacklisted they seem to be getting away with this scam for a long time.  

I won 130k and they just close my account and ban me and accuse me of ciminal behaviour for just winning.. Its insane they seem to have got away with this for so long!

Woww again they say 'certain fraudulent activities' acussing me with nothing to back this up, not even a reason.. Nothing to do with my identity, documents, payments etc but to do with what i won!  

I deposit money and won biggish amounts on a few games and a 6 fold football bet and suddenly im a criminal! very serious accusations to throw around.   

Its been 3 weeks and they are yet to email me any information regarding this..just that i had a few big wins and thats not normal. I mean what type of reason is that!  Under their licence they have to keep game logs so surely this is easy to look into.  Reading reviews i do not believe they are even looking into this so i will pursue with the Regulator and Legal if need be and they can do their investigations as Ph Casino/U Softgaming are obviously not taking this seriously. 

I mean how on earth can they make these accusations when all you do is press spin on a game! They have dug themselves into this hole and i will pursue until i get this rectified. Accusations like this can be very damaging to customers who just wanted a bit of fun playing a few slot machines, got lucky and now branded a criminal because they dont want to pay out!  Disgusting

Dang, that's bad. I signed up there about 2 weeks ago. Made several deposits and have a withdrawal pending for a small profit. I hope they don't do the same to me. WOW!!! 

Lol they are funny... because last 3 days i lost like never before. I lost 90% of my roulette bets even if i bet 32-40% of the board. Everytime i sit it goes in insane rip streak of hell.. then i rip and very next spin all my numbers land like madness.. then i return later and oop again rip streak of hell then i rip and right after my numbres.. over and over.. over all the casinos i tried all roulette providerrs it's same story everywhere. I lost 30 deposit with bonus failing wager 10% or less. It's mathematically impossible and i beat the world record of rip on this by so much it's at this point just a plain joke. They tell me it's just bad luck HAHAHAHA i played long enough to know it's everything but that especially with my numbres landing right after i ilose everytime!? You kidding me? And all this streak of bullshit happened right after i won 17000x on jammin jars.. ooooh the coincidence AGAIN since i rip like that (well not that bad but close) after every single big hit/run. There's a swithc on/off lol either slots hit all over and i hit roulette like it's pure magic for days then ooops the doomswitch all slots rip straight 0everything miss on roulette... then once i ripped all + an extra then oops it goes back again. I'm completly tired of online gambling... nothing is random they control everything... they rip you take their share then give you back what they cheated you to make you return.. then they take everything again in a perfect cycle. It goes on and on and on and on and it been for 2 years. Randomness is not consistent, it doesn't follow a cycle like that. IF you win big you are not supposed to lose like crazy everywhere after same way you are not supposed to win huge everytime you lost everything and take a few days break.

So from what i know and withnessed in my life of online gambling, them saying you cheated is a pure joke as they control the thing. What i know too is that casinos select the volatility of their games, not all sites will give same results on same bets, same slots. That allows casinos to set it to crazy volatility so everyone lose straight and a few win huge. It's then very easy to scam the few winners here and there, keep the money and when reviewed their stats shows that players won what they should. The joke is unreal... Everytime i think if seen it all in the world of bullshit casinos prove me they can always do more lol. For last 3 days everytime i sat on roulette no matter the provider the row im betting went from 33-34% to 28-31% while i wasnt surviving more than 1 hour. You think the miss needed to lower the % that much in so few.

I don't think i even want to win again, get that hot streak (rigged just like the rips)... as it means i will get destroyed and cheated all over again. It's like a relationship with a violent person that beat you and punch you in the face over and over and when you done and want to quit he turns nice and sweet and gift you and all to then punch you in the face again lol. What surprise me the most is how players in general have no idea of what randomness is. Randomnly you can hit all over and run good still after just like you can lose everytime and never win. Corruption at the highest level is required for such fraud to go on a worldwide scale and nothing happen. I talked with an ex high roller that had the funds to sue and go after them as he dealt with the same bs as me and he got stopped at the political level and been shut down.... So ya... Fair gaming my ass. It's just all manipulated and they do it in a way that stats shows what it should be.. but no one look HOW you got these stats. Like if you get 96% rtp lifetime on a slot.. but you get 2000 dead spins then 1600x win then 2000 dead spin then 1600x win then you have a serious issue but no one look at that. I'm always told im just angry because i lost evne tho i have the stats and the proofs.. no one care. So at this point i guess it's time to give up. I had enough. It,s cheated, controled, players are manipulated and frauded.. everyone know and no one care. So i guess we live in an amazing worl.

Alright let's have some fun. After writing previous comment i decided to try and prove myself wrong for 1000th time. I go deposit sit on lightning roulette... bet middle row.. lose lose i skip betting knowing 100% it wil land to mess with my head.. it does land. I bet again miss miss miss.. then i changed bet to 2-3-5-6 .. it landes middle row b2b.. i then switch back to betting a row.. it lands the 3... then i keep betting same row till rip.

So it did that to me on repeat non-stop over hundreds+ spins.. non-stop. It's so obvious that it's not random that i can come here, write this then go back to roulette and it happens exactly the same way again. It's controled and i am not able to win because i won big win recently and the system is taking it back and won't allow me to win before i lost all back plus more which i mostly did already anyway lol. My previous big wins including the 17000x was that before that as usual in the cycle they ripped me like that for 10k... im not a high rollet i bet 40 cents spin but when it's just pure dead spins all across at 600 spins/hr i lose 100-200$ per hour betting 40 cents and i never win nothing. Same with roulette. The system gives you a hot run to trigger you, then when you are flying and believing they nuke you and collect everything you got... then when you stop depositing and slow down if you lost enough when you return they will give you wins again to make you return. I did it on repeat everytime.. lose thousands.. wait a few days.. return deposit 20$ and boom in thousands again. It's just unreal how it's always the same. I streamed on twitch i predicted to people all the way everything .. all that would happen and it always happened.

Some ask me how i can predict the numbers that land on roulette so easily.. and why im not god dam rich af already? Simply because it's not random and even if i know what will land next, if it's not one of my number if i bet it the system will just change it. They can claim whatever they want but i researched and tested it for so long my sample is just too huge to be wrong. What is the most possible thing? 1 chance on trillions that i randomly ran like that or the casino industry is owned and run by humans that want to make money and don't take chance and control the outcome and by the same occasion have the chance to manipulate the players to entice them into playing more, betting more so that they lose more? If it's "legit" why can't we see what people are betting? A simple numeric number over the numbers and such could show the total bets.. nope cauz then we would figure quickly how cheated it is. Why can't we know how slots work? How the casino system work? Because we definitly dont have to know because we would figure out quick it's cheated.

They can give you eternal rip spins for weeks then give you one 17000x on one spin that give you back the rtp you shouldve won previously and then when you complain they look at it and say you got your rtp so it's fair. Casinos support are obviously not picked for their brain... they are brainless deadbeats that don't even know the terms and offers of the casinos they work for. Why? Because idiots like that won't be smart enough to figure out things are not right.

Never ever take loans or savings to try big bets to recover... it's controled and they are ripping you on purpose if you bet more they will just rip you even more. You won't win before they collected enough money to pay you back with your own money. Other than when you begin, the famous beginner's luck, you won't be paid nothing upfront form casinos. They give wins when you start and it's considered as marketing expense to gather new players.. but once you got that after you will never win more than what you put in. It can be fun if you don't care and just want to spin for fun but other than that.. forget it. It's like watching a movie, you can watch and rewatch all you want... the story wont change. I'm out and i'm quitting. The stupidity of casinos management is beyond imagination. They pick the wrong choices at every step. They are ruining their industry which force them into doing even more stupid choices. It's like a restaurant that is going bad and decides to raise prices and cut size of plates... it won't help.. it will just finish you off. The casinos are managed exactly like that. Watch them all close one after another.. watch them all fraud eveyrone, steal cash outs and deposits.. forums are full of it. Watch them all bring the multiple account same IP and fraud everyone all over. The industry is a joke. An example of what not to do.

I have to thank them tho. They ruined my gambling. They destroyed my dreams of winning, my hopes and my fun. Now i know it's garbage... I know nothing will happen randomly. I know how the system controls the things so i know the cycles.. i know that i can't win now. I need to lose at least 1-2k more before i start having slots that dont insta rip me. Then i'll get another big run of a day or two.. and then get destroyed and cheated again.. cycle of bs. In the past it was fun.. i could deposit 25 1-2 times and play all evening... i wasnt winning big but i had fun. Now i play same games on same 40-50 cents bet and if i dont shove roulette or go with 200-400$ i wont play more than 15-30 minutes. It,s not even a matter of money because since it's controled.. in the long run i was returned my rtp but it was in a controled cheated manner to hook me up... lose for 2 weeks everyday then hit 1550x once.. then rip for a week.. on and on... all the wins and the RTP is returned in one day then for weeks it's complete blank of nothingness and i can't win nothing before i lost all + more. Everytime. So random.

Casinos you are awful. I'm glad you work in a casino.. if you were working in hospitals i'd be god dam scared to get sick.

Hi I have filed a complaint with the authority and they are looking into this ..

I tried to let the company rectify this but obviously they think they can get away with this as it seems this thing has happened many time before and customers just let it go.. I see complaints from people winning and then getting banned and when the customers question they just state terms and conditions have been broken with no evidence or proof !!     just wrong and gives the industry a bad name not to mention the authority that issues their licence..
