  • I initiated a withdrawal 22 days ago...and I'm still waiting on the withdrawal.

    It's weird, because they paid out the withdrawal of the $1,000 which was done on the 14th of November, but the $2,000 withdrawal which was done on the 12th I have yet to receive.

    I will PM a mod who can handle this withdrawal request on why it's so slow.

    Guys i never got problems cashing out any winnings and i won over 12K with them with a total of 29K cash-out ....

    They do have great bonus and only X15 risk not sure how they can make money but i do with them!

    Please be advised that the casino assisted the player directly (Bruce Lee), we never received a response from them about this case although we tried contacting them. However, it might be that our email helped with the process in some way. 

    Around the same time, we recieved an official notification from the casino that their staff decided not to cooperate with us regrading complaints. 

    On our forum, you also will find that we assisted with other resolved complaints related to PH casino, however, that was before they made a decision above mentioned. So, in case of any issues / complaints, please contact the casino directly.

    Hope it's more clear now. 

  • Mind this casino is sending "shills" - pretend to be players - to post praiseful comments/feedback in order to do the "damage control" and show how there is no issues what so ever. However we know better. So take with grain of salt everything the new users like the above ewolf have to say.  ( this user is not an isolate case ).

    The fact is this casino has some very questionable tactics and based on the sheer volume of same type of complaints ( non or delayed payments ) since the day they opened, we CANNOT recommend this casino and advise caution.

    Obviously no casino has to cooperate with our mediation service, but these guys fail to see that we are here to help not only the players but also help their casino. Resolving complaints in timely manner can only help them rebuild the poor reputation.

    As Tanja said, they quite explicitly told us they will no longer assist LCB and our membership, which is ofc their prerogative. However we will always welcome them back if they decide to change their decision.

    We are glad to see the OP got paid, even though it took so long. Topic  was already makred as RESOLVED and will be closed now to prevent further shilling.
