  • Well; hard lesson to swollow; not reading the warning signs section until it's too late. It has been over 3 1/2 months since I requested a payout from Slots Inferno and every time I call they tell me the same thing over and over "it is waiting for managers to approve your pay out " so they tell me to email accounting, n I do. However; as usual haven't had a response  up to now. The wrost part about it; " Is that LCB really can't help you out, due to the fact that this casino is under the warning alert " which I didn't know about till this accoured. The best advice I recieved from "Lily" was to continue to call them and wait, that's one hell off  a solution to swollow. Well just a word of caution when seeking some where to play " no matter what! The 1st thing todo is check the warning signs section, believe me it saves a whole lot of headaches" It's Cold but it's True!!!!

    We're really sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the casino. You probably refer to Slots Inferno casino that is blacklisted due to slow payouts, nonpayment issues that have been reported and unethical business practice. Unfortunately, there's nothing much we can do for you to help you. You can keep on calling them and sending the emails so maybe they would reach out. Please always check out the review and comments of a casino you want to play in, just to save yourself the trouble.

  • Thank you 4 the advice; " what " I" believe in; is that precautionary measures should be presented to a person, " preferably in big bold red letters" prior or near the top of the websight. This way it helps an individual when making a proper decision a whole lot easier. One get caught up on the bonus signs and quickly follows that route, however if those warning signs are flashing right in front of you; most likely they will react to the warnings signs b4 one makes a choice. Like I stated ; its a hard lesson to learn, ( after the fact).

  • All of the casinos that are on our Warning list have a pop that warns players not to play there. Once you click on'Play Now' there is a pop up saying you should stay away from the casino, it's on you whether you want to proceed or not. Furthermore, you have a short description in red, under the name of the casino, that states reasons why you should stay away from a particular casino. We've come up with many ways to warn our members. You just have to read the signs. :) 

    I'm really sorry for the issue you are facing at the moment but I'm sure you'll be more careful next time.

  • Once you find a casino and a bonus you like I think the simplest way to check if the casino is safe or not is to search the name on LCB (see image attached) and go to the review page which clearly shows if the casino has a warning or not, player rating and feedback etc.

     

     

  • Thank  you all for the words of encouragement however  that still doesn't get me what I won. Thank you all that show empathy, care and understanding. It's just that it eats me inside thinking that they can just rob you without "EVEN" using a gun, now is that not ashame

  • Go here and file a complaint with RTG against them http://www.centraldisputesystem.com/form.asp?casinoID=1027 They should be able to put pressure on them and get you paid.
