RESOLVED: Ninewin Casino

Hi,

I have seen someone's posts on Ninewim casino.

I am having issues with withdrawing my winnings. They have already transferred some winnings direct to my bank. They are now asking for verification. I have uploaded my documents and my account stated it was verified. 
 

They certainly have delaying tactics but the have taken quite a substantial amount of money off me in the past 6 months. I gave records of all my deposits. I find this highly unfair, can anyone help me with this issue.

Thank you for sharing this info with us and sorry to hear about your problem with withdrawal. We don't have this brand listed on lcb so it is hard to reach them when there is no dedicated rep on our forum. Please private message me with your casino username? Have you tried to contact the casino support?

This is what we got from the casino rep:

Player's withdrawal was successfully paid (1300 GBP), now he does not have any pending withdrawal or active balance to refund. Regarding the verification, he did not complete it and did not provide us with the requested documents. On April 22nd the gaming account was closed due to the player's request. 

Yes all correct. My issue was that I couldn't verify because my card issuer was an online account. I did not have a physical card. So what my argument is, they should allow me to verify other accounts. They would not do this. I payed in more ways than one. So, why can they not accept a different payment method.

It doesn't matter now. Closed account, I will never be using this site again. Verification is to difficult and they were delaying and also it said on my account I was verified when I wasn't. 

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us, Wm84963. Veification proccess is sometimes tiring and complicating but unless you provide all the necessary documents your account can't be verified. 

Since we get the info from the casino and you confirmed it we'll mark this case as Resolved. 

Resolved for the casino yes! However, it is wrong that they can transfer money and take money from people before verification. This should be done when accessing their site. 
 

I would have never been able to provide the documents they ask for as it was an online card I used. So the whole experience was misleading and not clear. Plus, they wouldn't accept my other payment cards to verify.
