  • Mr. Bet casino closed my account for 5 days or so during the verification process for no reason. Because of this I could not finish the verification in time. After my account was unblocked I found out that the confiscated my win "because I did not provide the documents". Casino won't listen to my claims. By the way, I verified account after confiscation. I feel like it is important to mention that casino gives 14 days to finish the verification after player requests a withdrawal. My account was blocked on 10th day after I already uploaded several documents

    I opened a dispute on one of the affiliate websites and Mr.Bet did not reply them and I tried to try my luck here.
