I would like to inquire to the Miami Club rep, why it is when I log in to the casino software on my computer, I get a pop up that says "Friday 100% match bonus". It doesnt say for qualifying players, or conditions apply, or anything. Then I go to live chat to inquire. While I am chatting, the rep types 99Kangacash, then immediately, sorry that was for another player. Then offers me a 50% bonus.
When I ask why I don't qualify for a larger match, I am flatly told to see the website where it states that the casino can decide at its sole discretion who gets what match. I have made enough deposits to make it to flamingo50 status. I really like to play here, however I feel misled and like my business isn't important and the reps are rude! Who likes to see that ANOTHER player can have a 99% bonus but I can't.
I will just play at Liberty slots where they honor what is advertised, and make it known that they value my business.
