RESOLVED: Metaspins casino

I have been playing on metaspins for about a month now and it was an ok casino experience. The usual deposit every day and play and didn't think much of it since i have played at multiple casinos and never had any problems. I played money train 3 and got a max win of about 40k. Took that 40k and make another 60k playing blackjack and other slots so i had 105k in total. I tried to withdrawal my first 40k and I was told I had to go through the Kyc verification which i did  and they Also told me that my brother did too. In there terms it says that they must be informed about any two people under the same adress which I told them it was my brothers account after they asked me if it was mine. We both went through the verification process and I woke up and went on my account today and everything seemed fine. I tried to withdraw 1k to see if everything was okay and they flagged my account for fraud and confiscated my winnings. I spoke with sofie the live chat agent and she stated that I had to tell the casino upfront about my brothers account which no where in the terms does it say it was a matter that had to be discussed upfront. It only became a problem when ai actually won on the site. A months of deposits and winnings gone just like that over something that wasn't even stated in there terms and conditions. Sofie couldn't answer my questions so just closed the live chat on me. I never took any bonuses or any free money from them. I played on my account with my own money, just to have it all taken away. Need help I have the screenshots of everything aswell.

I also want to add that during the verification process my account was deactivated. I was told that if everything checked out and my account was verified by the team then my account would be reopened and I would get my balance back and I was also told that if it didn't check out my account would be closed. The morning after I submitted my documents my account was reopened which I found out myself by going on the website and having gotten my balance back and being able to play again. After I tried to withdraw that 1K that's when they shut my account down after being reopened and verified.

They just put in a refund request that I did not request for .03 btc which makes no sense whatsoever

Casino Rep got back to us with the deep clarification that you violated their T&C, which resulted in termination of your account and confiscation of obtained winnings. Based on the collected evidences, they are sure that the following T&C clause has been violated:
 

8.1 Only one Account per person, household, IP address and computer device is allowed. Creating multiple user accounts may result in termination of the accounts and suspending of all payouts. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer device, We must be informed by the respective Accounts’ holders. You shall not provide access to your user account or allow any third party use of the website including but not limited to minors. Any returns, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the duplicate account was active may be reclaimed by us, and you undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the duplicate account. Should We decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that you opened with us, to which your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred.

They also said that your account has been refunded directly to BTC address that you provided them with.

The proofs are completely valid so we will consider this appeal unfounded and mark it as Resolved.

That’s exactly my point, they were informed of the two of us having separate accounts, we both got verified and my brothers account was deactivated!
