  • Yesterday i received a email from megawins casino saying they had 50% bonus promotion for friday only and to go deposit so i took all my remaining btc and i sent to them. To end up never receiving my funds. They kept going on saying they had payment issues and that it would be fixed soon and to keep waiting. I never received any news so 7 hours later i ask again and i am told to just wait. So it was 7 am in the morning i had spent all night waiting for it so i went to bed. I wake up 12 hours later. It nows has been a full day since i deposit and i got no email, no news no nothing. I go on the site, open chat "we will be back on monday"  what!?! So i leave message explaining clearly how angry i am. I receive an email reply saying guess what? "just wait you will have your funds once we fix our payment system". No free spins, no nothing, just wait boy we don't really care about you. Then i wonder how many people had this issue so far so i ask my friends? "Oh we deposit and played and had no problem" ok so wait, it is just me !?!?! How can the casino lock my funds away from me like that not doing anything to try to do something for me!?!? With my transaction number from btc wallet it would've been very easy for them to figure out the amount and just put it in my account but no? I have been losing and losing and losing on direx nv casinos like non-stop for days +++ and now instead of ripping my balance in 5 minutes they simply take the deposits? Amazing! And they act like it's totally normal that casinos lock funds like that, that there's just no issue as long as one day they put money back in my account? What is going on with direx nv these days.

  • I have received an update from the casino saying the issue as been forwarded to VIP team and that as soon as it is resolved they will seek to compensate me adequatly for this. I don't know where it is going or how long this will take but i will keep you updated as soon as i have news.

  • This part of their T C is talking about abuse of the funds BUT fyi it clearly says..

    "Megawins does not require players to wait for a Blockchain confirmation before they are allowed to play with Bitcoin, all funds with which you are playing while waiting on (minimum six) Blockchain confirmations are provided as a courtesy to you by Megawins"

    Most places have software that just monitors the deposit address and adds to your account automatically when the deposit shows on the blockchain.  I have noticed that a lot of these places are taking bitcoin, and set up the software, but did not train any of their support staff on it.  So they probably have one or two people that know how (or have the access) to add it manually.  But that's no excuse for kind of blowing you off.

    I still don't get how all of those casinos are managed / owned by the same grouip but have VASTLY different levels of support.

  • My transaction has 123 confirmations as we speak hehe. What surprises me is the lack of any attempt to solve the problem. No empathy whatsoever, they just tell me "wait" like it's totally normal. Or how my friends deposited and had no issues at all and it appears to be only me?!? Last week i had 1600$ in my "gambling" funds and they took everything to the last penny without giving me anything back and i bet 20-30p a spin! It was supposed to be my last bullet and then after i would decide what i do with this as after such a disaster rip streak i am not too interested in going that much further and my last deposit ends like this. I had loyalty free spins from bitstarz and mbit and both altogether didn't give me 1 euro to play with. I just feel like the group knows they sucked me dry and now move on to another target lol. Megawins replied to me saying my funds were not "locked" but they keep it, i have no access to it and they decide when i will have access to it which is pretty much what i call "locked". Now i must wait, see my entire week-end go while my funds are locked and hmm what next.  I don't know how direx nv works out all casinos, if they own them or only manage them but whenever i hit something on a site, the others dont wait a second to take it back. All their sites ripped me to pieces one after another, beating 10% wager is now a special event to me. I managed to get two big wins in past 2-3 weeks and it was on sites not owned by direx nv. Says a lot. But heh, i'll wait and see. But that thing on its own is probably going to decide if i keep playing online casinos or just give it up all together as seriously i have enough of being treated like that. Of course there are some nice direx nv site where support is nice and vip team as well but if you look carefully in your history, you'll notice you rip so much there's a reason why they are being so nice haha. Anyway will keep you updated.

  • To update on the topic, i aknowledge that megawins vip team contacted me and provided me with enough freebies to keep me waiting and i am surprised as i wasn't expecting much and was so sad about all this but yeah well they responded in a good manner as obviously not all my mails or chat was super nice and all as i was very angry about how everything was going on but as for now i am satisfied and i thank megawins for responding that way. I also would like to apoligize for my behavior on all this, been going through a terrible drought in terms of gambling and this appeared as the cherry on top. But hopefully all will go back to normal and maybe i win big? hehe.

  • Well i was given my deposit along with a 100% bonus with 5x wager as compensation. So good is 5x wager when slots go straight to 0. But from a starting balance of over 9mbtc.. i was down to 0.14 when book of dead hit me hard and i ended up walking away with 17 mbtc which is a happy ending to what seemed like a terrible faith. They don't happen often but yeah, here's a happy ending. Tyvm LCB for the support. This one ends up in a good way. Tyvm megawins for coming back to me and make sure things get fixed. You don't decide the outcome of the slots but well that little miracle there on last spin put a smile on my face.

     

  • To be honest they are generous by giving fredo some freebies for the trouble, some direx nv casinos do not even bother to do the same.

    I couldn't agree more, some casinos do know what to do with this kinda situations and some just don't care and see their customers as just another number on their computer screen.
