From my own experience I can say that the casino pays, I received payments from the bonus more than once) If you have no violations at the casino, I advise you to contact Gamingcommission, unless of course the LCB team can help you))

  • We contacted the casino but we still haven't heard back from them. It's probably because of the Christmas holidays, most of the casino reps don't work. We sent a reminder today so let's wait a little bit. We'll keep you all posted.

  • We got in touch with the casino support. They informed us that they are not allowed to share any personal info about their players with the third party. Unfortunately, they can't cooperate with is in this matter. We also asked them to get in touch with you and help you sort out the issue. Please let us know if they do so. 

  • A friend of mine won 200 euros from a 10 ndb and he encoutered the same issue with bet333.be ,after sending the verification documents his account was closed with no explanations,no answer on e-mails,nothing.I guess something is not right with these type of belgium casinos.

    We just heard back from the casino. They can't share any info regarding your case with us. They advised us that you should contact them directly by going to their contact page (at the bottom of the page) and filling it in, as accurately as possible, they will provide you with all the information. 

    Did you contact them via contact us form on their homepage?

  • Since we couldn't get in touch with the casino and you haven't heard back from them, we're going to mark this case as Unresolved. In case they get back to us or you hear from them, we're going to open this topic again.

  • pass them on I wrote a complaint to the license I will destroy them and bring to the players that this casino does not pay players
