Hi, i was just wondering if any of you guys have bad experiences with LuckyBetCasino.com

I registered with the bonuscode 50WELCOME and got 50 starburst spins right away.
There was a wagering requirement on the winnings of course, and i played for a long time.. and managed to play through it! :-) I was really glad that i made the playthrough on the wagering requirements, i could easily follow the progress of how much wagering was needed to complete it.

And when i was done with the requirements, it didnt say i had a bonus or anything to wager anymore.
And the money i had completed it with changed from bonus funds to Real Money. 

I contacted support to ask them about the expected withdrawal processing time as, i was ready to make a deposit and make my withdrawal :-) 


This is where everything turns bad, This is one of the worst of the experiences i've had with a casino.
I was left feeling i was being held for a damn fool, and i wasted a lot of time on working towards absolutely nothing at all, thanks to misleading information.

You: so eventually €100 + then whatever i make from the money i deposit and the bonus i get ?
You: or will it be €100 max cashout, even though i deposit and wager the deposit bonus

Alistair: €100 maximum on the first unless you balance goes to €0 before
You: So i can deposit, withdraw the 100, then play my deposit bonus and withdraw again? i dont get it

You: So a new wagering on the balance i have will be added ?

Alistair: Yes, so you get a better understanding of how it works before you have to do it for real

You: Nevermind, there was no indication on the wagering progress page in my profile that it was only "practice wagering"
You: The bonus money i won from the freespins was listed under my bonuses,

You: then required wagering left: €sum
You: or something like that, then it kept progress until the amount remaining to wager reached 0
You: and the bonus disappeared.

You: And it moved my bonus money to real balance where it is now
Alistair: Wagering doesn't start until you have a real money account.
Alistair: Once you deposit, it will be in your bonus money again

You: Why dont you inform people they are playing pretend wagering requirements, and wasting their time ?
You: why move the bonus money after the wagering is complete, over to real money

You: I guess you are right about that, but seriously.. this is the most shady place i have come across in a long time.

Sorry to hear that. However, The customer service agent is right. Please have a look at what is stated in their Bonus Policy.

Free games are considered as a bonus and must be wagered before any winnings can be cashed out. The free games bonus is calculated as the total value of the winnings received through the use of the free spins. The total value of such credit shall be subject to the wagering requirements.

You should be more careful next time. You have to read t&c carefully before you deposit and play at any casino.
