  • I have waited my small cashout 5 days now. They promise to process cashouts in 2 days. Didnt use any bonuses etc. Its all my own cash. Also have problem with their Wheel of fortune-promotion. They cant resolve that either.

    And support doesnt help at all. Only copypaste poor exuses.

    Be careful with this casino. I wouldn't deposit there at all atm with this kind of problems they have.

    Any help here to get my money and bonus ?

  • Thats a big LOL for me that you choose this way to delay my cashout even more! After 5 days you ask docs that you could have asked immediatly after my withdrawal. And now you even cancelled all bonuses because this complaint. Thats just rediciolus! 

    I have sent all documents. Please process my cashout asap now! After that i will avoid your casino in all cost. This really is not the way decent casino treats its customer.

    Unfortunately, this is how many online casinos operate. I recommend that you get your accounts verified before making deposits in the future.

  • Guess what!!! They didnt accept some of the docs I sent. Well wasnt very big surprise as Lilibet wants to do just everything to delay my cashout even more! Same docs has been accepted in every other casino ive played...

    This is nothing but nonsense from your side. This whole case is rediciolus. All docs ive sent has been good enough for other casinos. So you are just doing this to delay my cashout. There is no other reason.

    The Casino Representative says you sent your documents at the end of their working day yesterday. The time specified on their website is up to 48 hours from when the customers send their documents. She says the verification team will get back to you in a respectable time frame.

    Come on Lilibet! Its a 130€ cashout for god sake!!!

    I just wonder if someone wins BIG from this casino, how long/impossible process it will be...

    My wild guess is that now they will wait this 48h and then there will be another insane exuse to delay this process even more...
