  • Hello, Kudos Casino Direct Support!  I was offered a deposit bonus of minimum $0.01 to play no wagering, no max cashout, and with a 10% bonus. I thought it was odd so I consulted with the Chat Rep, Antonio, and was told that it I could deposit that amount. So I attempted to make a deposit and it did not work. I tried 3 more times with, $0.20, $7.00, then $10 after he told me I could with the UPayCard account. Then he told me the minimum deposit for USA would be $26 Credit Card.  The bonus is still in my account as active until 5/15/17. Now he requested that I complete another verification form, which had already been approved on 1/12/17. Afterwards he told me it was no longer valid.     I have read the live chat conversation and I can see that the player was advised by our live chat agent to complete the verification form; the customer should have been advised that the minimum deposit with UpayCard was 20$ and that they should have deposited 20$ or more with this method for the deposit to go through.
    I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this player had with us yesterday.
