RESOLVED: Kudos casino withdrawal issues

My acct name is nguyen when i requested a withdraw they took away 600 of my winnings and left me with 100 then decline my withdraw i then ask can i get back 50 from the 600 winning so i can make a successful bank transfer got ignored also i knew they wasnt gonna pay so i just play the 100 that i have.never making a deposit here agai

I have now spoken to the relevant people on our cashier team. We can see that on the 27th April 2018 you requested a withdrawal of $100 via bitcoin and that on the 28th April this was rejected by our cashier team. This was denied as the casino prefers to make a withdrawal in the same manner as the deposit was made. A lot of players are using casinos to buy bitcoins and this is why we usually only allow players who deposit via bitcoin to also withdraw bitcoin. However as this was the only option avaialble to you common sense should have been used on this occasion. This is something I have communicated to the management team.

yes but still they they took away 788$ in winning when i requested a withdraw. those could easily added back onto my account dont you think?

If you play with a coupon code that has a max cash out your casino balance will reset back to the maximum withdrawal balance once the wagering requirement is met as you can not withdraw any more funds than the maximum allowed. Even if you were to carry on playing with the left over funds you would never be able to withdraw more than the $100.
