  • I am starting a class action legal suit for all players defrauded by DIREX group. This casino entices players with many bonuses. If they win small, they pay but if they win big they refuse to pay, lock their accounts, and cut communication. They also have other shady practices. Please PM if you have been defrauded by this group of casinos.

    On top of that they seem to enjoy a good reputation with many top affiliate programs (there are allegations of collusion).

I can only speak for myself when I say that I do not wish to have a nanny-state where others dictate what I do for my own money, and wish that there was more emphasis on personal responsibility and accountabillity these days, but that's just me.

    As for not paying out players when they win big, I'd like to inform you that we just last week had a player winning 1.3 million euros and was paid out the same day as BitStarz does not have any limit for withdrawals, and we process cashouts on an average of 10 minutes. I'd like to see even a bank giving you 1.3 million euros at the same speed.

    If it's the case where you actually have a concrete case you want to discuss, I'm right here to shine some light on the situation, but just putting forward very aggressive and large claims without providing any additional evidence to support it, is not doing anybody any good.

    Your analogy is garbage. The casino offers promos, accepts deposits, then cancels winnings saying the player is a bonus abuser because they accepted the bonus offers that they themselves offered.
    Does your grocery store do this? Does your credit card company do this? Do they offer promotions, accept payment, and then unilaterally cancel winnings/benefits/prizes? The manager and CEO of such a company would be sued out of business.

    As previously stated, the problem is offering bonuses, taking money from players, and failing to pay wins.

    Yes, you pay out some big wins and you make sure to not pay out others to maintain your edge over honest casinos. This is obvious. A casino can choose to selectively not pay out 5% of its debts which makes all the difference in term of profit/loss. If your position in management is high enough, you know what I am referring to. A business is required to pay 100% of its debts, not 95%.

    Based on your handling of other complaints, I am pretty sure you cannot arbitrate fairly on anything. We already have several complaints for our action against Direx including some against your own brand.

    My own personal complaint has been submitted to the Curacao commission even though I think they will not do anything hence this thread. It's not with your brand but you are all owned by DIREX. Simply put, I was offered promos by megawins casino, I deposited, played and won. The casino did not pay saying I was a bonus abuser because I play with bonuses. Nothing in their terms (which have serious legal problems by the way (non-enforceable contracts) and will be challenged) disallow me from receiving bonuses. No terms were even cited.

    Simple Question: Do you agree that if a casino offers a promotion to a player and the player takes part in it and wins, the casino has a debt to the player and the players must be be paid as long as he as complied with the terms of the promotion? If the casino cannot pay, they should be liquidated, according to bankruptcy law, and their creditors be made whole.

    I am absolutely doing people good:
    1) Our action is warning players not to play at any of your brands.
    2) Our action is strengthening our case and adding to our list players who were cheated out of winnings and have a chance to recover them.

    I think it's a bit sad that we cannot have a rational conversation without trying to slander or be rude. I would appreciate if we could both stick to the facts that are available here so we can get some productive out of this.

    To your first point that my analogy was garbage. What I was referring to was your claim that casinos lure in players into the casino with offers, which was your first accusation. There's no difference in that, and a store giving shoppers discounts. 

    Now, to your second point that we confiscate and take winnings from players or try to make their life hard by not verifying their accounts, I still need to see the evidence as you're not backing your big claims up with any facts. You're pretty much just saying that we're mean people taking player's money for no reason, but do not provide any evidence for that being the case.

    As mentioned before, if you have been treated badly by BitStarz or we've taken your money for no reason. Give me your username and details and I'll happily look into that. But if you're just going to say outrageous claims without giving anybody here any concrete evidence, it's just slander.

    Now, you're quoting MegaWins Casino, which has nothing to do with BitStarz, so if your beef is with them, I think the right cause of action is to talk to them and not us. Direx is a platform provider, which means BitStarz is a separate entity from those other casinos on the same platform. We're competitors, not the same company and has no ties to the other Direx brands more than us having the same backend.

    Once more, you're barking up the wrong tree. BitStarz hasn't stolen your money, hence your beef is not with us, but
    the casino you claim to have stolen your funds. 

    BitStarz is on the Direx platform and licence, but BitStarz as a company and casino has nothing to do with the other brands that are using the same platform. 

    As to your question, of course if a player has a legit win and hasn't breached any rules, that person should be payed out in full, and not paying them out would be a crime as far as I'm concerned. However, as mentioned, MegaWins has nothing to do with BitStarz more than that we're on the Direx platform, hence, we are not liable for something done by another casino.

    Same goes for other casinos who's using other common platforms, such as SkillOnNet, EverMatrix, etc, they may be using the same platform, but that doesn't nessesairly mean that the casinos has anything to do with one-another.
