    Would you have any info as to why they are down?

    1. Worst case you can report the transactions to the casino as fraud or as goods (payout) not received via your internet banking app. The bank will investigate the transactions and will reimburse the reported transactions to you. Even though the transactions probably wont be the same amount as your winnings, atleast you get something back. In saying that, I know this casino has a tendency to take alot more than it likes to give. So you may end up with more than your winnings lol

    No, we don't have any info on why their site is down. We don't have this casino listed on LCB, however, we tried to contact the Casino Representative yesterday, but their emails bounced back.

    Please wait until the maintenance is over, maybe everything is going to be fine. We'll also keep trying to get in touch with them.

    The website where you found that info is not related to us. Have you tried to contact them and ask them about that info?

    Even if they're no longer accepting players from some countries, they need to pay out your balance.

    That info is correct. According to Interactive Gambling Amendment Act 2017, ACMA can block all the sites that breach this legislation.

    However, if these casinos were accepting your deposits and allowing you to register and play, they should pay you.

    As we've already explained,  we don't have this casino listed on the LCB forum. We were trying to get in touch with them via emails, however, all our emails bounced back yesterday. We don't have any other way to reach them. We'll keep trying to reach them via emails.
