I've been depositing at JPC Group including Slotastic and Grande Vegas for over 5 years.
If you happen to actually catch a win, JPC group will pay you and pay you within 48 hours (not counting weekends of course) so this is one reason I've deposited an estimated $40,000 over the past several years.
I have had a few decent withdrawals totalling roughly $8000 combined (for all 3 casinos) over these years. There are a few other times that I could have cashed out significant sums but played it all back. The first of these was at Grande Vegas a few years back and that got me VIP status for awhile.
But one day over a year ago, I was restricted to bonuses of 25% while they frequently offer 100-250% to many of their players. This did no occur after a win. It was arbitrary. They told me my deposit/bonus ratio was too low and also prohibit me from taking part in their trournaments.
A few months back, I finally made a my very first JPC withdrawal (that was not capped by a free chip limit) for about $2000. Still, I'm so far in the hole with JPC I'll never even come close to getting it back and for Jackpot Capital alone I estimate to be $20,000 in the hole at least.
A few weeks ago, they pulled the plug on all bonuses except for 25%. I cannot take part in any of their promotions or trournaments. I was shocked but I guess I should not have been.
I'm the first to admit that I always took the best bonus I could find (usually 100%) but with 30X WR making the wager requirement was extremely rare and cashing out almost never happened.
Two emails that I wrote to support were completely ignored. If I had won a significant portion of my losses back I would understand but this is not the case. I have not deposited at JPC since they pulled the plug. As infrequent as the luck came to me there--I just don't see the point. I'm not saying I'll never deposit there again, but I will certainly not ever deposit there with the frequency and the amounts that I have over the years If I'm not allowed to take advantage of the bonuses they extend to all of their regualar "losers."
Then their is Slotastic and I'm pretty certain they will pull the plug there for me soon as well. This is a casino where a win is EXTREMELY rare. I have had only one (not capped to 5X due to a free chip and it would be a tiny fraction of my overall deposits. I don't know if it's just luck or if they RTP at Slotastic is set lower than at their other casinos but it definitely seems to be the hardest to not only catch a win--but to even get a decent play session regardless of how big of a bonus they offer.
I know RTGs and the others are notorious for bonus banning people who have a few nice withdrawals but in over 5 years, I have had a FEW and this group has made a FORTUNE off me.
The bonus restricting or banning me without question has dramatically reduced the amount I deposit there and they amount I will lose at their sites. I guess I should consider myself a winner!
Still to lose so much over a period of time only to be "banned or restricted" is just so insulting and they don't even reply to emails or feel the need to explain their decision in any way whatsoever. It is a very callous attitude. In Las Vegas I would have the Tower Suite at Wynn, incredible gormet meals, and the "treatment!" And yes, I have had that and still get it if I wish. Internet casinos do not provide comps and meals so to me, the bonuses are the perks. Without them, I'm just not likely to play much unless the RTP is much higher than B & M which in this case--it most definitely is not.
I haven't been to Vegas in far too long. I think it's time to get off of LCB and start hunting airfares!
