 i had won 100 dollars from bonus on grand fortune casino several weeks ago, anytime i asked to receive that money they asked for money that i should have sent them and then they would have paid me back with cashout, i must admit that i didn't trust them, above all because prefigured very long time for this cashout•... 2 weeks or ten days, i also thought that if they wanted some proof ob my account they could have asked a smaller amount of money... now my balance is 0 and don't know... i wrote them here but didn't receive any answer, so after such a long time being patient i feel obliged to make a complain... i have all proof... first of all what i wrote here, then i will put some caps of my account and chat with them

Please note that is is standard at any casino to make a verification deposit before cashing out winnings. This is a general rule and the casino will return your deposit + winnings once they have a verified payment method showing in your account.

This needs to be done, until then you are just holding up your withdrawal. We cannot help you get your winnings until you make a deposit.

But you should help me maybe to have my balance back, then i will do that deposit, but it's not the deposit which is istrange is th efact that thay cash it out after so long time
