  • here i am writing another complaint from the same casino group, which is Jackpot Grand. Well I thought they are going to change into better casino group but I guess it is just a dream.

    I claimed bonus code at Jackpot Grand and completed the wagering requirement.
    I wasnt sure that I wanted to make a deposit in order to withdraw my winning cos I have pending withdrawal at Win palace, after I got my winning from Win palace i deposited 25 to withdraw 100.

    I asked live chat that my faxback form and other stuffs are okay. No problem with my withdrawal AT ALL and i would get my money in their withdrawal time frame 5-10 biz days.

    I also asked the rep for the casino group clara.hans and I got this reply: (5th Aug 2014)

    NOW the problem is that having my winning from the free chip deducted. I have only my deposit, which is only 25USD and their min withdrawal is 100, which means that I wont be able to withdraw my deposit.

    Anfransen,

    the casino representatives don't have all your information at first sight. If the casino erased your earnings means you used the bonus in an improper way, against the terms and conditions. This is a fact and is not under discussion.

    I didn't say you shouldn't have any problem getting your money on this case. Please don't distort the information.

    In any case, I helped you several times before and Ill try to do it again, but please keep the facts straight.

    Is this going to be as easy as returning a player's deposit?  I really doubt it!    I will be anxiously waiting to see the outcome of this one.  I truly hope I am wrong about my gut feeling about this deposit being returned.  I have not read of one to date, but I could be wrong!  That is a deposit  that was returned to the player after he/she violated the casino's terms. 

    PLEASE, PLEASE, let us know how this turns out Anfransen.  Without your outcome information we LCB'ers can not stay fully aware of these online casinos.  If there are problems with a casino we have to keep each other in the know.

    maybe they are all sister sites.
    this happens right after they said i violated their rules.
    well it is their representative fault that i violated their rules.
    if the rep had told me it is not withdrawable i will just let it void and not violated their bonus rules.

    I doubt it. Until something is done to wipe out casinos like this there will always be fresh victims who have not read the forums and see that this is what might greet them when they go to withdraw. Maybe all will be well for a little while(that is to make you comfortable of course)then you will see the wolf in sheep's clothing. Hopefully it will not be too late and you will be out of a big money win.

    The sad thing is. They could have been a great group of casinos earlier on. But they just start doing roguish things. When outfits turns to being rogues you have to avoid them and warn others.

  • Glad you got your deposit back .... I think it would be really helpful if there was a way to group thes e casinos by who owns them to keep players from playing somewhere that is owned by a group that is considered Rogue or borderline Rogue.  So many new ones pop up and you may think it is a new casino, but in fact it is nothing but a older one that was labeled as Rogue in a new wrapper!  We have to do our due diligence in order to prevent ourselves from being taken advantage of.  Let's all stick together and make them reap what they sow.
